Food quality is good and the hotel staff was excellent .

New and clean room. Friendly service. Need to use room key to get into hotel. Not sure if the location is insecure.

As always Best Western was amazing the room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable which is a huge factor when we book a room.

close to where we needed to be instead of downtown. Maxline was not working as normal. Which worked out a lot better for us. Wonderful customer service in all ways. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property specifically because it had an airport shuttle and we were having an overnight layover with our 2 small kids and we did not travel with car seats. It was not made clear that the airport shuttle only ran until 11pm and we were then left stranded at the airport when our flight landed later just slightly after 11. There were no ride shares that offered car seats and we spent well over an hour trying to figure out what to do after getting off a 6.5 hour flight with 2 cranky toddlers. It was infuriating to say the least. After so much runarounds and a mini breakdown, the Alaskan baggage attendant was able to gift us two car seats in order to get a taxi over to the hotel; which was an additional cost we weren’t planning on since I deliberately chose a hotel with a free shuttle. However, the night receptionist tried to be as helpful as possible and was kind enough to grant us a later check out. The breakfast and coffee machine were more than adequate though which was much needed.

I have stayed at this property a couple times now, and each time I have been greeted by friendly, helpful staff, quick service, and have gotten a clean, comfortable room. It is now my go to hotel for trips in and out of Portland international.

The shuttle from the airport was canceled due to weather, though the roads were just wet. I wasn’t notified in anyway that I would need to find my own transportation. The desk clerk told me the shuttle was a courtesy and not an obligation for your hotel and if it wasn’t available it wasn’t your problem.

This was during the ice storm so hard to rate the outside of property. They had the proper covering on the ground to prevent falls and that stuff gets tracked in but has to be done. They were willing to let us stay a bit longer than check out if needed to be safe to drive. Staff helpful and breakfast was good. I will them again if we have to stay before a flights.

I would like to praise the gentleman who checked us in, he was so kind and helpful. Even took time to help a couple who came in without reservations, finding them a room at a neighboring hotel.
