Địa điểm thì ok n*** trung tâm mua sắm thuận tiện.nhân viên lễ tân ok . Nhưng phòng không sạch nhiều bụi ,toilet thì rất dơ...không có dép mang trong phòng, máy sấy tóc phải gọi lễ tân xin mượn , máy lạnh hoạt động rất ồn ào...hy vọng khách sạn sẽ cải thiện tốt hơn...bởi vì vi trí rất ok và khách sạn thì rất rộng rải.cảm ơn

We understood that the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. However when we checked into our room, the room itself reeked of cigarette smell. When we enter the room, there was no chair to the desk. There was no hangers in the cupboard. When I open the cupboard door, cigarette smell was evident. The shower towels are also reeked with cigarette smell . There was no face towels, hand towels and bath mats. It was also observed that walls has cracks. The aircon ducts also blew cigarette smoke into our room. We had to get deodorant to remove the cigarette smell. The hot shower was not functioning. The water pressure was weak. Overall experience was poor staying in this hotel.

Used to stay here in 2013 for twice, with each stay about a week, and the hotel was okay then. However, over the years, it's simply too old without much renovation and the room, including bathroom / toilet is quite run-down. Lack of basic amenities too. And window view is a creepy wall at the external void deck. Nevertheless, the location is excellent and staff friendly too.

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time

great room good front desk service ideal stay with eateries nearby

Room was clean, albeit the shower screen door not being able to close. Sheets are clean. Wifi is horrendous though. Alot of food options nearby. Close to CIQ which is good. Theres a family mart right below and the surround shophouses has alot of food options so its good.

Very convenient hotel, near to all the eateries.

Nice hotel lobby with good location only hotel too old .Aircon not cold very fast change another room with us .but the room there is a musty smell. Only good also there is family mart 24 hrs beside hotel ,near Watson and many food stalls ,for family room is affordable,will stay again .we even have supper opposite hotel having Lok lok.the wifi also weak if wifi is good not bad to stay .

The location is very good.....the location of the food center is all good..... friendly environment

Was surprised that housekeeping only provide 1 mug when we book as couple, same as last stay ... don't the housekeeping know that ?

Have been regular traveller and stay in Grand Sentosa hotel. Everything is good except still need to improve the following: Aircon in some of the rooms, quite a loud noise when switch on; The holder of the water heater is still not able to hold the shower head, hence not able to adjust the shower head

run down room but still stay able.  with hot shower and big room however windows does not have a view

stayed this hotel again as it is located near some dining area where i wanted to go, location is not so accessible as you would need to grab here, but everything else is good. Apart from the occasional smoking cigarette smell along the hotel rooms lobby upstairs, i think everything else is acceptable if you dont mind their simple bathroom. A well rounded basic room for the average price.
