Địa điểm thì ok n*** trung tâm mua sắm thuận tiện.nhân viên lễ tân ok . Nhưng phòng không sạch nhiều bụi ,toilet thì rất dơ...không có dép mang trong phòng, máy sấy tóc phải gọi lễ tân xin mượn , máy lạnh hoạt động rất ồn ào...hy vọng khách sạn sẽ cải thiện tốt hơn...bởi vì vi trí rất ok và khách sạn thì rất rộng rải.cảm ơn

stayed this hotel again as it is located near some dining area where i wanted to go, location is not so accessible as you would need to grab here, but everything else is good. Apart from the occasional smoking cigarette smell along the hotel rooms lobby upstairs, i think everything else is acceptable if you dont mind their simple bathroom. A well rounded basic room for the average price.

My go-to for a budget hotel for the night in JB. Plenty of food choices and massage round the clock around the hotel. Rooms are ok, just in need of some maintenance and updating. Amenities are sufficiently provided too.

Not bad for its price, super convenient too. Clean room and have free shampoo also

Interesting experiment!

The basic items are not there for use such as: slipper, clothes hangers, hair cap, wifi intermittently disrupted etc.

Location was great, and the room was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable stay, will definitely book again when staying a night or two in JB.

The location is kinda good with many coffee shops and restaurants around. Not much of facilities. Room are spacious. The hotel is kinda old and there are still rooms for improvements.

The booking on Trip.com already included the foreigner tax (RM10 per day as indicated during booking payment), but the hotel front desk will charge the foreigner tax again and refuse to provide any receipt or proof of payment.

Booked for family room but only 1 room key was given , asked front desk could I have 1 extra key but she said all the while just 1 room 1 key. Telephone faulty and no hairdryer in the room. Shower head also loose when shower need to chase for the 🚿. Kudos to the night shift staff who able to solve our wifi issues and enquiry do we need to solve the phone issue. Location quite convenience, nearby have restaurants, Lok Lok and Family Mart .

Aged hotel with decent pricing. Service and amenities wise is so so. Cleanliness is acceptable

Booked 2 rooms (1 Twin and 1 King), managed to get connecting rooms which is great. Alas, 1 room chair is even missing, but we lazy to call the reception as only staying 1 night. Rooms cleanliness can be improved. Can feel that not much cleaning of room, can feel carpet not "clean" when walk barefoot. Connecting room doors cannot be secured in open position, so we have to use the door latch to improvise. Everything looks "old", at the price without breakfast you are indirectly paying for proximity to convenient old street eateries, shops, and perhaps massage establishments. Within Sentosa mall itself many businesses already go bust, so the vibrancy is really not there as compared to KSL or South Key. Overall "cleanliness" should be greatly improved to make the stay more acceptable. Will return? Not too sure but there are alternatives for sure.
