Với mức giá bạn phải trả cho khách sạn này, đừng mong đợi nhiều vào các lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng, độ sạch sẽ của phòng và mức độ thoải mái. Đảm bảo kiểm tra phòng xem máy điều hòa có hoạt động hay không vì chúng có thể bị lỗi và không thổi ra khí lạnh. Phòng không hút thuốc có thể có mùi khói thuốc nồng nặc và có thể khiến bạn khó chịu. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một kỳ nghỉ cơ bản, I. e. có mái nhà để qua đêm, bạn có thể cân nhắc khách sạn này. Nếu không, tốt hơn hết bạn nên tìm kiếm các lựa chọn khác…!

Các phòng thực sự không tốt như trong hình! Có mùi và đèn nhấp nháy máy lạnh yếu Không phải phòng nào cũng có cửa sổ khiến mùi càng nặng hơn Không đáng mặc dù với giá rẻ

Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Hair dryer provided upon request. Quite clean room but a little old. Very woody style

One day trip travel nice recommendation. Easy parking, friendly service.

Location and eatery are convenient. Room design is modern but toilet is inappropriate with the glass wall designed as a family room, except for some wear and tear and a cockroach to welcome us. Overall good stay experience and we even planned for next trip with Kyoto before we check out, until we met 10 Nov morning shift receptionist with attitude issue, and check out process is slow. Frontline service crew is important, what a "good" start for my day while seeing the black face during check out.

In fact the cleanliness I'm talking about maybe some part it's old, need to touch up. The water in bathroom got some smell but not too strong. Short stay still ok.

First of all, SPECIAL SHOUT OUT for the housekeeping lady who did the cleaning up for our room🏆🏆 We had already checked out and were waiting in the lobby for the Grab driver when the housekeeping lady rushed down and returned my daughter's earbuds!! Thank you for going the extra mile! Other things we loved about Kyoto Boutique: - nice classy decor and the wooden floor (I hate carpeted floors in hotel rooms cos it's hard to tell if it's clean) - the hot water heater for the shower works perfectly! - there is a water cooler at the floor lobby so we could get cold and hot water!! - there is a safe in the room - many coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. Also has a supermarket just downstairs. - excellent service But overall the hotel should probably do some renovations or fix some of the items in the room. - Some parts of the wallpaper were peeling off. - The tap was loose and had to be shut off in a particular direction or the water would keep flowing. - the switch to the toilet did not have a cover so we couldn't switch off the lights - the temperature of one of the aircons couldn't be adjusted so it blasted very cold air all night. Thankfully, the family suite had 2 aircons (cos the room was divided into 2 areas, each w a queen bed). So we turned on only one aircon.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly appreciated how they went out of their way to help me plan my day around local attractions.

The room generally seems fine. But few hours into the stay, my nose allergy started to come back and I can see dusts around the corner and bugs as well as ants crawling around.. the shower head is damaged with water spraying inconsistently.. on the other side, the receptionists are really friendly and they explain things quite clearly

Checking in was smooth, however the room (booked 2 deluxe room) given to us was different from previous despite paying the same amount as last time. Paid for (deluxe) but was given (normal double room). Was told by reception because the deluxe room is full so we were being "downgraded." Luckily, receptionist was able to change 1 of the the room for us (back to deluxe) when we told her that we found a small cockroach in the room.

First room was assigned with a live cockroach. 2nd room was given with lots of ants. I understand its a cheap hotel but pls ensure the cleanliness. Roaches are just eww and scary

hotel was not bad just that location wise wasn’t as convenient. amenities was pleasant, bathtub was nice but service of staffs can be improved! else everything was okay and comfortable!

There is a supermarket beside the hotel. Many eateries are nearby, especially for chinese food.
