Relaxia Lanzasur Club - Aqualava Water Park

Well overall we found the resort very nice , clean and tidy rooms left very clean with fresh towels most days . Pool area is big and the pools are lovely with a very shallow pool for the very little ones . There cold but it’s early in the season so that will change as the weather improves. Pool bar is terrible to be honest food is very bland so much more could be done with it hamburgers are left in a tray for far to long so are cold , sandwiches are available but on trying the bread is stale, better getting a burger roll and making your own , drinks are available you take your chances with the wines , cocktails are available but anything decent there’s an extra charge . Food is far better at lunchtime at the waterpark food is available for 12 til 2pm and is fresh and plentiful with lots of salad . Main restaurant again lacks any imagination with no themed nights of what we could see and food sometimes taking a while to be refreshed , breakfast is similar with pastries sometimes difficult to get croissant are like gold dust , evening entertainment is good there’s a kids club before so if you don’t want to be involved better to eat a bit later to catch the show around 9pm bar service is good with soft drinks and coffees on a self service set up . Overall we enjoyed are stay were massive fans of Lanzarote and have visited many times we fancied a different side of playa blanca as were normal over papa***o side , so that’s were we’ll be when we re visit I’m sure many will enjoy there stay here staff are very friendly and can’t do enough just needs the food issue and quality to be looked at .

So pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, facilities are great (pools, water park) and the Entertainment team work so hard to give everyone a fabulous time. Special shout out to Boris and his team for making our son feel so welcome. He loved the kids club too. Food is good, there is something for everyone. We stayed in a suite with hot tub as 5 of us. Lovely to have our own space. Hotel suitable for young children and has a family feel. Visit to volcanoes a must whilst here.

Arrived 19th Febuary for a week. Flying with Jet2. 2 Adults 2 Children aged 9 & 11. Staff- amazing very polite, caring and helpful. Entertainment team brilliant. Location. 5 minute walk to the beach from the back gate. (Other side of the hotel entrance) 10 minutes walk to a few bars and restaurants. 20 minute walk along the front to the Main area were the majority of bars and restaurants are situated and 40 minute walk to the marina(from the hotel). €5 in a taxi from the marina to the hotel. We climbed the volcano at the back of the hotel, just for the experience it tools us 50 minutes to reach the top. Rooms. We stayed in room 317 Everything we needed lovely little bungalows, kettle fridge. TV. Bath, my only critique is they do need updating (modernising) but we only slept in them and got changed in them. Hotel - pool excellent one big pool not heated - baby pool and smaller pool heated. My kids played in them all day with no issue. Aqualand- brilliant add on can go back and forth all day do a few slides and mix your day up. Perfect for the age of my children. 9 & 11. 5 large slides- lazy river - splash park and wave pool. All inclusive food and drinks. (Food 12.30-2) Food & restaurant- overall something for us to eat every morning-lunch-night. Full English for breakfast, lunch we would go to the snack bar or the water park or inside the restaurant - Tea time- again plenty of choice no issues. But even though we are all inclusive we liked to go out of an evening. Drinks- plenty of choice- fizzy pop- wine and beer on tap. Plus spirits (local) behind the bar. Overall the drinks were decent. Visiting Lanzarote is my first time. I have visited Tenerife, fuertaventura and Gran Canaria and I very rarely visit the same location, as I like to see the world, but I will definitely be back to Lanzarote maybe even next year. Beautiful place. I would definitely come back to this hotel, great location, great staff, brilliant week.

Nice, good, but the friendly cockroaches, beware, x2 found under our beds and within the sheets I would defo recommend though, reason being it has slides and everything on one site which is easy to get to and locate, would go again definitely

I usually read into reviews this time I didn’t until I did this and some people are just picky if you want 5 star experience go there instead of a 3 star is all I can say We just spent 7 days here all inclusive as a family of 9 so food is good majority is repetitive but there is different variety of hot cooked meat in the evenings. Rooms are ok you get what you pay for it is a 3 star on jet 2 and that is about right they could do with modernising keep your beds clear otherwise they won’t re make them for you every day good I suppose that they won’t move your stuff ants is a issue in the rooms could do with a deep clean hairdryer is from the 80s so quicker to air dry 😂 Pool area is good it is fresh water so no salt and is kept clean. The walk to the flamingo beach is literally 10 mins and a bus will cost you €1.40 per person anywhere you go but is a walk up from the hotel like 0.3 of a mile. Entertainment is good for kids they also have other entertainment after for adults. We needed our room for a extra 2 hours in the morning on check out day and they gave it to me as complementary which was very kind as otherwise it’s €30 to keep it for 4 hours bare this in mind with your flight home. Overall a good experience water park is a amazing day out and the all inclusive lunch there is very good also you can drink as much as you like as well as beer is on tap 👌 we recommend this place to any big family’s looking for a cheap holiday 😁

What An amazing hotel!! All the staff are so helpful. The bar staff in both bars are are so friendly. The animation team is the best we have seen!! They work so hard and put on some really great entertainment. The food is lovely there is such a wide variety I would be shocked if even the fussiest person could go hungry. Rooms are fine, you dont spend alot of time in them so no complaints. The water park is pretty good. The main lifeguard at the hotel pool is absolutely brilliant. We had such a laugh with him and he always knows exactly what's going on around the pool. He gets the boys playing football together it's just lovely to see . We would definitely return

Went with Jet2 for a holiday in April 2024! Location Great location, few mins walk to a lovely beach with some shops and places to eat. We didn’t eat at any of them but they were always busy and looked nice! Slightly further walk away to more places to eat and drink so lots to do outside of the hotel. Pool area Plenty of loungers and umbrellas available, 3 pools - 1 baby pool, 1 salt water & 1 fresh water! We mostly used to freshwater as kids weren’t keen on the salt water - just personal preference. Entertainment team around the pool frequently and lots of activities to take part in if you wish Snack bar open 10-6 for drinks and 11-5 for food, self service soft drinks, wine and beer. Cocktails on request. Sandwiches, salad, burgers, hot dogs and ice creams available all day Food plenty of selection every night including freshly cooked food on the grill and a dedicated kids sections. Lots of meat, fish and vegetable options. full salad bar & bread table every mealtime. Rooms A little dated, but clean & tidy with plenty of space. Housekeeping in every day and happy to help. Plenty of space and lovely to have the loungers on the patio for the days when you wanted to relax at the room. Waterpark Lots of fun, plenty to do and the snack bar was lovely! Open for all inclusive between 1230-2. Yes there was an extra fee for nuggets and kebabs - but we didn’t need to pay any extra as there was enough to pick from that we didn’t need to order anything extra! Snack bar here had more selection including pizza, fries, salad bar & roast chicken. Entertainment Entertainment team were visible all day and made effort to talk to children and know their names which made them feel really special! Overall Lovely hotel and no complaints! Would definitely return again, lovely holiday!

Went with Jet2 for a week in April and had a lovely time. It all seemed very clean and well maintained. The staff were all polite and friendly without being too intrusive or familiar. The restaurant was more cafeteria than fine dining but I think that probably suits families with kids better anyway. Also most men seemed happy in shorts rather than having to dress up for dinner. Seemed to be plenty of food that people enjoyed judging from the platefuls being taken and we certainly found enough to enjoy at every mealtime. I have had better food at a hotel but I’ve also had a lot worse. The water park next to the hotel was good. Not particularly big so maybe more crowded at peak times but it was good to be able to come and go there so easily. Overall I would recommend.

Lovely spacious hotel. Very quick checking in process. Friendly staff. Pool and sunbed area was great as always plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant was lovely and a good choice of food. The apar**ents could maybe do with updating as the bath was stained and our toilet flush button was missing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Few minutes walk from the flamingo beach and about a 20 minute walk to the shops and bars.. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
