I arrived at 10pm and check in process was very frustrating. First time I got the room card, it wasn’t activated, so had to walk back to the reception. Then I had to do another 2 walks to reception as they kept giving me a twin room instead of the double bed room I have booked and paid for. Bed mattresses needs replacing as it has two lower parts within it, never seen that in the 4 star hotel.
On the positive side the breakfast was the best I had in Egypt hotel. Nice swimming pool and amenities.

Hotel has lots of restaurants and bars. The dinner buffet was actually pretty good. It’s a nice location. BUT the room is definitely a 2 star hotel room. They only provide a hand towel and body towel. No other towels including no bathroom floor towel nor mat. The bed is very firm. The room is very old. The master light switches do not work. You need to manually turn on the lamps. I ordered room service and they didn’t bring me what I ordered. The food was burnt and they substituted food without asking. It should have French fries, but they gave me bread and rice. I didn’t eat 90% of the food and left it outside my door to be thrown away.

As a solo traveler, I found the hotel a bit outdated, but the room was satisfactory. The breakfast provided diverse and tasty options. The staff was friendly, amenities were good, and the hotel's proximity to the Nile River was a plus. Conveniently located within walking distance of both local and Western restaurants. I had a partial view of the Nile River from my room balcony.

This hotel is great for the price. Breakfast is included, my room had a small balcony. The shower was nice. Location was central and also not far from the airport. Check -in was easy and quick. They have a big lounge in the lobby. The back area has a great view of the Nile River. They give you a free liter of water each day. The breakfast isn’t amazing but it was good enough. I think the housekeeping is used to walking in so just double lock the door when you are In the room and don’t want house keeping duties. Overall no complaints !

The location is at the city center which is great. Love that the hotel is by the Nile River and the pool right inside the Nile! Recommend to enjoy watching sunset from the hotel terrace overlooking the pool and the Nile. Room is clean and comfy. The only thing that I wouldn’t give this hotel a pass is the toilet amenities. Apart from shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, there is nothing provided. Our luggages didn’t come when we arrive in Luxor at late night and that’s a big problem for us. Overall is still a good hotel in Luxor.

Hotel location was great, 10 minutes walk from Luxor Station, right on the Nile, staff is super friendly and polite, especially Ms. Mayar who’s super helpful and cheerful spirit made our stay joyful. Room was super clean with enough amenities. Breakfast was amazing, big variety and fresh, also don’t miss the beautiful sunset at the pool by the Nile, and watching hot air balloons in the morning. Nice Egyptian food restaurant nearby on the river called “ El Kababgy” recommending you to try their Tajin & Mix Grill. Thank you Luxor Iberotel, will definitely go there again.

This hotel doesn’t offer any private parking site, so you have to find a space on the road site with chaotic traffic and ***** asking for parking fee.
