The hotel is clean and the building is newer compared to many other hotels in Pittsburgh, which makes for a more comfortable experience. Breakfast is provided free of charge, with scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and some type of potatoes. Also, a variety of drinks and fruit. Highly recommend.

It was clean enough, not overally clean. There was dust on the lights and you can see where the walls had damage that had been repaired. The room was small. The cough smelled like an animal peed on it. I also didnt see where it says they charge you $25 dollars a day to park. Breakfast started at 7, we had to leave by 6:30 so we didnt get the breakfast. We couldnt even look as we were told its not ready.

The room was quite nice, had a small ktchenette that was really convenient for heating up food and the bathroom facilities were lovely. The shower stall was terrific! I appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. The television set up was quite clever with its ability to rotate between the bedroom and the "lounge?" part of the room with coucn and movable cushioned footrests. That was a very effecient useage of room space I thought! Just a few suggestions: The second elevator did not seem to be working and it was a bit of a wait each time to get upstairs and down from my room on the 4th floor. As I ate breakfast each morning, I wondered about the outside windows looking over Baum Blvd that seemed to be really dirty. That didn't seem to fit in with the overall tidiness of the hotel interior. Overall, I really enjoyed myself at your hotel!

Great all around experience of the Hyatt House. Nice rooms, friendly staff and beautiful spacious lobby, including a dining area for breakfast, complimentary coffee and tea, and a bar.

Rooms were very nice. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice, great selection.

The bar was closed because the bartender called off work. The one elevator was broken and the other one was very slow causing people to wait on multiple floors. Also, $24 to park is absolutely ridiculous, it’s not a Steeler game. The shower was terrible, couldn’t even rinse the soap off.

My daughter and I are loving our stay. Lovely, clean place with really friendly employees and guests.

Our room had carpet stains and a cloying air freshener that caused a raging headache. When we asked to move they said they were overbooked and had no other rooms and to turn in the ac to help with smell. It helped for a few minutes but since it’s winter we couldn’t leave it on for long. Waking in the middle of the night the air freshener smell was replaced with mold smells. I suppose I’ll be sick by the end of the day today due to my severe mold allergies. So disappointing.

The hotel was clean. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the front desk person to show up to check us in.

My spouse and I attended a meeting held in the area and stayed overnight. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to enjoy meals and coffee nearby. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory considering the price. We particularly liked the abundance of tables and sofas in the lobby. However, the WiFi connection in the lobby was not great.
