The room quite spacious and nice. They even put sejadah for muslim to pray. What a consideration 👍. Its not just that but also have iron inside the room which I love the most. Overall is good to stay.

All good... But I thought the swimming pool like picture shown in apps. Worth with the price.

Location is ok if you drive, but if not, it will be difficult to move around even within the hotel because the room from the reception is a distance away. We book for room for 2 adults and 1 kid. And we requested for one more towel because we were only given 2, they said there will be additional charges. Room condition is not the best, bathroom has mouldy odour, algae. Door lock not functioning well. On the last day we were not given bottled water, instead just an empty flask. Worst still, my son’s bolster and soft toy went missing after house keeping and they insisted they did not take it and blame it on us that we may have forgotten that we took it out. It was an extremely disappointing experience from the staff and we didnt expect things to be lost and not getting help.

Overall is average. This hotel need to improve the facilities maintenance. Playground kid cannot use due to dirty and the model of animal is very danger to play. Overall is okay. Swimming pool okay. Hope management can improve on maintenance issue. Tq

Not a really good experience. The swimming pool is a bit far from the room. Need to drive and cannot just walk.

Calm and peaceful resort. Room is spacious. Resort area is huge and reasonably maintained. Breakfast overlooking the golf course is great with adequate food selection. The swimming pool is also in great condition. Thumbs up to management.

Nice n beautiful resort . Easy to enter the room n beside car parking. Will suggest to friend n family to stay in. Very important is affordable price.

Booked 3 rooms and arrived @ 4.00 pm which already past check-in time but only 1 room available by 4.15 pm and 2 rooms still under cleaning progress. The 2 rooms only got the key by 5.00 pm.. Toiletries n refreshment not replace even toilet tissue roll. Need to call to get replenished.. Lodge complaints during check-out regarding all matters and the receptionist promised that there will be a solution from the management but until today after 10 days, there is still no reply from their team 😏

We spent 3 days 2 nights in Sungai Petani. The manager was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a suite room. The room is spacious and the service provided is excellent. We love the ambience there. Swimming pool and gym are also available. There is a food court not too far away from the resort.

Exit window not secure because the window easily can open from outside and the bathroom very smelly

We choose the renovated room in a villa near the club house. It is not as nice as we wish to see. The room is dark and smelly, including the bedsheets. Wall painting and wooden furniture are not well reburbished. Location is quite far from restaurants and supermarkets. One needs to have a car to be convenient. Seems some rooms are rented to foreign workers, not tourists.
