Wow I don't have words to describe this beautiful resort. We stayed here for 7 nights, and it was the best resort we've stayed at. Let's start with the staff, they are so welcoming, always smiling and always help you! Especially the staff in the breakfast, and especially the amazing woman in the egg station who makes you a delicious omelette. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices and a very good service and good cappuccino. The resort itself is so beautiful!! The architecture, every detail is so amazing. Water everywhere. You can just enjoy walking around this beautiful place. We took the Cabana Suite and we are very happy with this choice. The room is HUGE, with direct access to the Cabana Pool, which is amazing, very big and refreshing. We haven't been in the main pool but it also looked very beautiful :) In the cabana pool, as well as the main pool there is an amazing bar inside the pool. From the cabana pool you also have a door directly to your shower. The shower itself is amazing, with a "rain" shower coming from the top of the ceiling. You receive a lot of complimentary things in the room, and every day 4 bottles of glass bottled drinking water which was amazing since we didn't need to buy water outside. We will come back for sure. Everything was just perfect! From the staff, to the architecture and beauty, to the food and comfortability.

The hotel grounds is beautiful. It is charming and full of character. We stayed at the Cabana with pool access which was amazing. The pool sparkles at night. The staff smiling and attentive. It was almost perfect. I would stay here again and recommend this place. The place also had it's own spa but there are many spas beside it which is about 1/3 of the price. The housekeeping on the last night was a bit lacking because there was a used glass still on the counter they forgot about and the coffee cups were left in the bathroom instead of placing back in it's place. Other than that, it was awesome. I can't wait to come back.

The place is beautiful for sure. And stuff always says hi . But while check out . I call to ask for late check out. And I was informed that i cannot, which is fine. After this , i got call every 30 second and 1 minute to inform me i need to do checkout. After I told them give me 10 minutes to packing , they send over a stuff , literally waiting for me outside and after a while knock on the door again.. this is one of ridiculous experience I ever had for check out . Very uncomfortable to be honest.

Sawasdee Village is a visually stunning hotel with a unique sense of style. The decor is extravagant, a bit on the tacky side at times, but it adds to the charm and gives the space a distinctive, memorable atmosphere. At night, the hotel transforms thanks to beautiful starlight lighting, both in the rooms and around the grounds, making for a magical setting that really stands out. The hotel has two pools, and while both are nice, the back pool is a standout. It’s a long, serene oasis surrounded by lush plant life, making it a fantastic spot to relax. The staff were consistently friendly, although they weren’t very helpful when it came to practical advice on transportation. If you’re planning onward travel, it’s best to do your own research or make arrangements beforehand. One downside is the hotel’s location. While it’s not far from the beach, the surrounding area (Kata Beach) isn’t great unless you’re into a party atmosphere with lots of drinking and smoking. It can be loud, and the general vibe is a bit trashy. Additionally, food options in the area were pretty disappointing, so you might find yourself craving better dining experiences. Overall, Sawasdee Village offers a visually striking and enjoyable stay, but the neighborhood might not be for everyone.

Lovely relaxing resort, it was perfect place to relax amd recuperate after a week of island hoping. Lovely staff, free club room open for snacks and drinks. 2 beautiful pools with bar amd 2 for 1 happy hour on selected cocktails. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Beautiful lights throughout the resort at sunset.

This was a beautiful hotel experience except for 2 things which I will get to. Lovely staff, great breakfast and the village is so different to staying in the more Western resorts. The only thing we found disappointing was the cramped feel of our room, garden deluxe, which opens onto the pool. Beautiful set up but just too small for 2 people. The worst thing was the paper thin walls. You can hear people talk even making out the words. Unfortunately I was awake when a couple next door had sex very loudly which went on and on. I couldn't believe it as this is a 5 star resort and they need to soundproof these rooms. This experience was really annoying.

Sawadee village was an excellent experience. The lights at night throughout the property makes your stay feel whimsical.

THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!!! No stone was left unturned with the attention to detail….to the decor, room, pool and staff! A definite must!!!!

The resort was beautiful and the service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made our stay the extremely pleasant! Would love to come back there again. Recommended for couple and families as well. Location is very near to the beach.
