The hotel is located a very quiet location, surrounded by beautiful garden and forest. You need a scooter or a taxi to move around to the beaches or shops. I stayed in a villa, which is comfortable in size but could do with a renovation. The kitchen is missing basic equipments and is not really suitable for cooking or having a meal in. The facilities are and service are amazing. The pools are not overcrowded and really beautiful. The staff and service is great. The breakfast could have more options, especially for vegetarians. Overall, I recommend and would stay again.

房間中規中矩，設施偏舊，防蚊蟲做的還可以，室內淋浴沒有熱水，衹有室外淋浴有熱水，室外淋浴晚上開燈又會有很多昆蟲青蛙壁虎一起洗澡🫠早飯品種很少，非常一般，但是服務人員都比較友善，入住退房都會開着小電瓶車接送我們到小屋。

每次去布吉的寶藏酒店，私心真是希望越少人知道越好！房間整潔，不是千篇一律的快捷酒店風格，很有東南亞當地的感覺。酒店有免費的高爾夫車接送去房間，服務人員也都特別友好，小費是更好的，但是沒有也一樣，全憑自願。位置在查龍碼頭附近，很適合我們以潛水為主的行程。

Отличный отель, отдален от основных улиц, Мы били на машине, есть парковка. Небольшой бассейн, большие виллы, есть все необходимое. Утром можно бесплатно сделать тосты с маслом и джемом и попить чай/кофе. Очень красиво, виды отличные.

The property is fantastic, but support staff is not so friendly. The service is also not up to the mark in restaurant. The place is far off from beaches, so one have to hire a taxi to go to most happening places in town. The rooms are good, housekeeping nice, but the refill of tea sachets and coffee pouches in rooms are sometimes missing. The washroom next to reception is in shambles, no soap in dispenser, foul smell etc. will welcome you, if you happen to relieve yourself at reception area.

We went to the end of November, when the high season was starting. Arriving at the structure, there were problems with the payment because the device was perhaps a bit old model, but fortunately the hotel manager kindly authorized the payment in cash. They took us up to our room. And from that moment on it was a total disappointment! The road leading to the rooms was in total degradation, all abandoned. The room did not reflect the photos on the site at all: - smell of ammonia, - the lights inside the room didn't work (no lights behind the headboard, not even in the shower), - the giant bed but with two pillows that would be more suitable for a single bed, no decorative pillows on the bed and not even on the sofa outside near the jacuzzi as in the photo, - detached safe case , - mold. - mini bar almost non-existent (2 bottles of water, coffee and tea) - switches all broken, - Bathroom doors that do not close, - dirty curtains and light switches. - desk absent and replaced with bedside table - TV of very bad quality - Poor breakfast. We asked if it was possible to fix the lights and have some pillows ... they brought us pillows for the bed but everything else was not fixed. We asked to change rooms, but apparently the hotel was fully booked! We were supposed to stay 3 days, but it ended after one night. The only positive thing was the staff of the Resort, who despite everything was welcoming, understanding and did not oppose to refund us for the 2 nights already paid ... maybe we were not the only ones to complain. I'm really sorry to have to write this review but unfortunately I couldn't pretend nothing happened ... The structure could be a real jewel but it is not taken care of at all ... perhaps due to lack of staff, perhaps due to the economic crisis or due to the repercussions of Covid, ... I do not know what the real reason is but I wish you with all my heart that they manage to restore the things that are wrong in this Resort becaused otherwise it would be a real shame.

Where do I start, I reached reception and nobody was around, I waited around 10 mins and a lady came over eventually, she checked me in and asked me to wait… a while later she got me to load my case onto the golf cart and off we went up the hill… We got to my suite and oh my god this was no suite… she put the key card in and ran…. I asked her how do I go down and out she said you call down 0…. I sat down… it stunk… like a strong fungus damp smell… I looked at the curtains and they were full of fungus…. I stood in wonder… what do I do, I can’t sleep in that!! Tried to call down to be moved to a room which looked like the pics… no electric…. The hotel had lost all power… the whole area had… but now I have no ac, no way to leave… so I got my luggage and trailed down a steep hill to check out and get out…. She had no rooms to move me to… ******* couldn’t even contact them so no idea why they listed them… sad… because as the pics show the place has potential… but the passion in the running of this place is not there… if you are not a long term stay they are not interested in you!!

Je n’ai pas mis 3 étoiles car le personnel est vraiment agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé au calme, le seul bémol de cet établissement c’est sa fraîcheur, les jardins sont à l’abandon, certaines choses ont étaient "rafistoler". Cependant cet établissement a un très gros potentiel. Je ne regrette pas d’y avoir séjourner.

Non non non ! Alors oui les chambres sont spacieuses et jolies, le personnel très gentil Mais sinon … c’est tout ! Petit dej catastrophique ! Des sandwichs au thon laissés à l’air libre comme ça, Petit dej pauvre Bref rien ne va Là réception où sont stockés des cartons, un trampoline 🤨 .. Et où parfois il n’y a personne Le jardin est laissé à l’abandon .. la piscine fuit un peu de partout Le bar de la piscine qui ferme à 18h ! Pas de restau Bref l’hôtel entier à besoin d’un bon coup de refresh ! Et de personnel ! Si vous pouvez aller ailleurs allez y

Purtroppo mi son dimenticata di fare foto perché siamo stati solo 3 giorni e gli ultimi 2 giorni siamo stati male in camera… Partiamo proprio da qui: io e il mio fidanzato stiamo male il secondo giorno di alloggio in questo posto da horror, ovviamente non facciamo entrare la donna delle pulizie in quanto eravamo impossibilitati ad alzarci dal letto… erroneamente ci scordiamo di chiederle di lasciarci dell’acqua, la sera ce ne rendiamo conto e chiediamo gentilmente alla reception una bottiglietta di acqua (anche perché il posto è fuori dal mondo e dalle vicinanze di ogni possibile supermercato) e ci rispondono che non potevamo darcela perché non avrebbero potuto farcela pagare in quanto il ristorante era chiuso… Dell’acqua non si nega a nessuno. Aldilà di questo colazione pagata per 3 giorni: MAI FATTA… Camera sinceramente molto bella ma il posto e tutto il contorno DA FILM HORROR, senza luci, macerie ovunque, personale inesistente. Un vero peccato per la potenzialità del posto. Non andateci. Non c’entra davvero NULLA con le foto sui vari siti.
