Hotel is right across nai harn beach, with a nice pool lounge at the hotel and many eateries within walking distance

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near Nai Harn Beach and can be walked to the beach. There is a restaurant and 7-11 near the hotel. The hotel's restaurant offers delicious food and all the staff of the hotel are very helpful. All the staff are lovely and friendly. I am happy to stay here and will definitely come back here again.

It’s a nice hotel and peaceful. Only issue is that it is a bit away from the beach and walking with the kids in the hot sun was not that great.

Ground floor room was damp. There was a dehumidifier machine in the room, it helped with the problem a bit, but when turned off (like when leave the room) the damp smell came back. The hotel staff would not pro is an extra bottle of water on request, also there is a sign in the room listing the cost of items to replace if they go missing - it makes for an uncomfortable vibe. They also require 2000 Bht cash deposit - credit card not accepted. This is sub standard for a hotel which charges a significant amount per night.

Review: The hotel is an average 3 out of 5. While it tries to present itself as modern, with contemporary design elements, everything feels cheap and lacks taste. The execution just doesn’t live up to its aspirations. One particularly puzzling detail is the abundance of artificial flowers throughout the property, including in the restaurant. This is especially odd in Thailand, where the natural beauty and availability of fresh plants are unparalleled. Overall, the hotel gives off an unfinished and lifeless vibe, as though something is missing. That said, it’s probably not the worst option on this beach, though it leaves a lot to be desired. There are two nearby hotels that appear far more appealing (albeit slightly more expensive). Without naming names, one starts with a “W,” and the other with an “S.” If your budget allows, those might be worth considering instead.

Big rooms and the pool was warm enough for night swimming perfect location if you wanted to stay near naiharn beach

The hotel is not bad in principle, it is conveniently located, there is parking, and the pool is excellent. But the room smells very damp, I asked to change the room, but in the other room it’s the same, the hotel is completely damp!

The balcony offered a stunning view of NaiHarn, adding to the overall experience. Hotel Facilities: - After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool area was inviting, with a serene atmosphere. Dining Experience: - For dinner, the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of local and international dishes. The food quality was excellent, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room is very comfortable, the pools are great anf the gym is well-equiped. Delicious breakfast !

Great experience. Very nice place. Close to beach and restaurants.

Location is good, near the minimart, sport wear shop and exchange store. Not to far from Naiharn beach. The swimming pool is useable, both of adult and kid height. Breakfast is a la carte but still have some buffets. Staff is very friendly. The room is quite large for this price. It’s worth.

Will book again for my next trip to Phuket Naiharn.
