We arrivd at 8am and wasallocated a room,despite the stated check-in time of 3pm. Albeit I was given two bedroom instead of one bed room, I did not ask for change as my friend'sroom wasnear mine 144 and 148. Check-out time was 11am in stead of noon asstated in my voucher.

Clean, nice views

到烏斯懷亞已經很晚，發現床單下的床褥子上有血跡，我們希望更換，換來服務員的一句 “why” 連續兩天衞生間開燈跳閘，浴簾也掉到地上，洗臉盆下還漏水 退房當天特地問前台服務生，最晚幾點退房，回答是下午6點。等到我們中午一點來退房，説要補交兩萬比索，因為晚退房，而且振振有詞“你衹問我最晚幾點退房，我沒説它不要錢” 很美的烏斯懷亞，但是再也不要來住這家酒店了

住在山上的酒店 View自是沒話説的！ 每天早上的早餐餐廳，以及晚上的圍爐烤火，都有一種“回到過去”的年代感，但同時，又很舒適。 但是，早餐內容其實是有些單一的，但畢竟是烏斯懷亞，不能要求過多。

酒店環境很好景觀很美，但離市中心有點距離，如果酒店有來回巴士服務就更好了

非常舊的酒店

Superb staff. Always helpful, friendly, and professional. Good location outside of town — just a 5 minutes drive to glacier & downtown, with taxis easy & available for around 5USD. View of town & glacier are great, but surrounding area dirty and run down… with ruins of a place in front and an aging driveway to the hotel. This is an old property that needs an update! You can’t see from the photos, but it has aging furniture and equipment from the 1970s. Some is European chalet style and some ranch style… but other items are just OLD. But it was CLEAN completely throughout. Breakfast had quite a few options, but didn’t change even one item in our 3 nights. Same dishes in same location. Bar was OK for drinks, but we didn’t eat dinner in the hotel. So overall… average. Clean. Hot water. Comfy beds. Decent breakfast. You probably aren’t going to this area to spend time in the hotel… so not a bad option.

This is an old priority. You can’t see that in the photos, but there’s a lot of out dated furniture, equipment, etc. broken lamps, phone from 1970s, etc. some of it mountain Europe ranch style, but some is just OLD. The location is OK - 5 minutes from town and same to Martial Glacier. View of Ushuaia is great out front and glacier out back. Staff is SUPERB. Always helpful and kind. Breakfast is good, with quite a bit of options, but the 3 days we stayed… nothing changed - same things, same place. So overall, average. You’re not likely in town for the resort time, so go outside and just use the comfy bed, hot water with good pressure, and decent breakfast at a well staffed hotel.

The last stop before the Antarctic, a great way to meet up with fellow travellers and a comfy bed and room to spend the night. The view of the town and Beagle channel is stunning as is the glacier at the back of the hotel. The food was good and the staff very friendly would recommend.

Wonderful property located in a great location. You can hike to the glaciar and look over the port. Friendly staff.

A lovely hotel in a stunning location. We found the rooms well built and insulated for year round comfort and beautiful views. The staff are lovely, proactive and helpful. Breakfast are very nice and the whole building is filled with character. This is the only hotel that I know of that's within walking distance of glacier! On a practical note, the courtesy bus is helpful and the local tour operators pick you from the font door.

This is a big old place, a little tired around the edges and located way up the mountain overlooking Ushuaia and quite away out of town. The rooms are well serviced, spotless but lack coffee/toilet amenities that you would expect in any hotel nowadays. The room was hot even with the window open and there was no a/c. The dining was good if a little rustic but tasty enough. The breakfast was pretty average and boring to be honest . The staff were nice and helpful but very slow. For all that, we enjoyed our one night stay.

Beautifully located amongst the greenery forest and overlooking glacier from one side and the bay on the other. Great open lobby area which extends to the fireplace room and bar. But it ends there!!!! We had a bay view room yet the windows were so dirty that it blocked the view. Both sinks in the bathroom had issue draining and we had to use a comb to keep the drainage open. After | brought the issue to the front desk, all I heard was," oh sorry! Thank you for letting us know!" Hello!!!!! Are we doing something about it?! Being a Wyndham and Bonvoy elite Marriott member, never seen a big hotel not offering tea/ coffee station in the lobby. The included breakfast was same exact thing every day being even less than a "continental breakfast" Sergio at front desk at night was very professional and went through some efforts to settle us in our room. Thank you Sergio!!!!!!! Far from city center, but Uber or Taxi won't cost much. If windows had been clean, it would have been worth it!!!! The manager, Maria , was very apologetic and offered to give us a bottle of wine or any drinks before our departure. It was a nice gesture, but we were flying to Argentine. She made us a coffee and sweet tray which was very thoughtful. Thank you Maria!!!!! 🙏❤️💕🐾
