Excellent place to check in. Will come again in the near future. Near to bang tao beach , peaceful area and private. For those with families is advisable to stay here. Excellent service from all the staffs here, massage is also very good. Our room is at the ground floor and just in front of the pool. Our kids like it, so satisfying. Thank you so much guys. It was quite a nice stay there. The food in the restaurant is amazing , the rooms are clean. The breakfast is awesome, but the coffee could be better. I was only annoyed once when I wanted to use sauna and the management asked me to wait 1 hour and it still was not working ( so I had to come over with sugar scrubs on my body to the front desk , it was embarrassing and wasting of my time as well

The Diamond Resort is in a bit of a remote area, but they offer shuttle services to areas of interest including Bang Tao beach, as well as the Boat Avenue shopping centre makes the place that much more attractive. Greeted by friendly front desk staff on arrival p with the welcome drinks on hand told us we were going to have a great time! They have concierge services and they responded timely to every request we had while staying there. Delicious restaurant food and buffet breakfast too that off with the happy hours by the pool added to the great time! The gym is small but sufficient for vacation time. Unbelievable sunsets wrap up the evenings. Definitely recommend this place for families.

The hotel was great. Restaurant food was good. Pool area was good. Room was good as well. The staff were all friendly. Location is good too, not far from the beach and back road to boat avenue make it a short drive to that side of BangTao as well. As a solo traveller I probably wouldn’t stay here again as it is mostly a family hotel. A lot of children … would recommend if you’re travelling with a family though

We liked this hotel as its clean and they have good service. Suitable for family or couples. However, there are no minimart or 7 11 nearby. Also, there is no toothbrush. You will need to walk further to the main road. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is not big but you’ve got everything you need. 5 mins ride to Bangtao beach, and 5 mins ride to commercial area (Porto area and Boat Avenue), which makes the location actually good. The swimming pool is well maintained, housekeeping every day, front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast is abundant and there are options for other meals. I haven’t found a point that I’m not satisfied with.

Super nice service, very friendly people! Even after checking out they still let us use the pool, airport pickup and drop-off was flawless. Location a bit out of the way, which makes the whole experience very relaxed.

To be honest we got to the hotel very late so there wasn’t much to review at night. But I would say the service was very good even we arriving at midnight. However the cleanliness was only average in our room with bugs and stains on showerheads. Breakfast was great.

The receptionists are very welcoming and the hotel room is very clean. They accomodate us and was very polite esp with our requests. Highly recommend!
