Tránh xa nơi này. Khách sạn tồi tệ nhất từng có với mức giá này !!! Quá đắt và chúng đang được xây dựng nên bạn chỉ có thể ở trong phòng không có tiện nghi. Thật đáng tiếc và đã 4 năm rồi!!! Vậy ok bạn đang xây dựng làm khách sạn ok tôi hiểu nhưng thay đổi giá đi bạn. Cái này là cái gì? Bạn không thể cung cấp nhiều và các phòng có mùi rất tệ. Nó không lành mạnh. Vì thế hãy để giá phòng thấp hơn!!! Nó không đáng giá 140 đô la mỗi đêm. Có thể là 50$ nhưng không nhiều hơn!!!

Vị trí tốt - xa tiếng ồn, nhưng cách bãi biển 7 phút đi bộ. Xây dựng xung quanh- nhưng nó không gặp rắc rối. Al trong phòng là mới. Khách sạn mở cách đây một thời gian. Nhân viên rất hữu ích và tốt bụng!

Hotel is under construction till 2026. Pluses: New facilities, not far from the beach. Minuses : you have to climb till lobby ( lift is available through garage), average cleanness, no kitchenette even so there is a kitchen, hotel is under construction so you can see construction around.  Overall - good experience.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We really had a pleasant stay. The room was so neat and cozy, we had a good night sleep after a day of exploring the places in Phuket. The pool was clean, a good spot to hang out. Staff were accommodating especially one of the security guards whom I want to commend as he assisted us from Day 1 of our stay until we left the hotel (I forgot to take his name, he was working morning shift for the consecutive days of ours stay) We had avail the breakfast also, which was really good as well. Menu was different everyday. As for the location, the hotel was walking distance from Karon Beach. Will highly recommend this hotel.

We typically do not complain unless it’s really warranted but this is one of those times. My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham in Playa de Carmen Mexico early this year. After a delayed flight and a long travel day, we finally arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told upon check in that our hotel room has no running water. No other room was offered to us and when we asked we were told that we cannot change rooms!! Needless to say this was unacceptable on so many levels! A year later we decided to put that experience behind us and give the Wyndham another chance so we booked into the Proud Karen beach Wyndham in Phuket Thailand. We chose this hotel over another one because their site said the hotel had a roof top pool and a fitness room. I recently injured myself so a gym is very important for my ongoing rehab. However, once we checked in, were informed by the staff that there was no fitness room nor a roof top pool as both were still under construction. I was feeling frustrated as I specifically choose this hotel for the fitness room and felt that they had misrepresented their amenities on the site. Furthermore, It appeared the hotel was still under renovation as you have to navigate yourself through an old car parkade (see video) and long steep drive way to get to the front desk and only one elevator is operational in each building. We were willing to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings but I needed a fitness room so after 2 days we ask to check out early and get a refund only on the last 2 days. When I called (from room) the manager at the front desk about my request and reason why the call was disconnected so I went to the front counter and when the manager saw me he called the sales agent who informed him to tell me that our room was nonrefundable. At this point I asked to talk to the sales agent on the phone as they appeared to have the authority to grant refunds. As I began to explain to her why I wanted to check out early she rudely cut me off and would not let me finish explaining. I asked her to let me finish speaking and again she cut me off and said that I have to go through my booking agent. The booking agent had already emailed the hotel twice with no reply. We were then told the office was closed so we would have to wait until Monday which was our check out date so that would be too late. An hour later our booking agent mysteriously got a hold off the “closed office” (the sales lady who I had talked to) and he said that she denied our request despite our complaint. There was nothing he could do. I email Wyndham’s head office regarding the matter but had no reply ! This company misrepresents itself and takes no accountability should an issue occur ! Stay clear!!!

Room is like a small condo, clean and modern, we really like it. Also we really enjoyed the pool with the bar, and the breakfast. It's about 10 min walk to the beach. I would come back here without thinking twice, very relaxing and good service.

Room very new, comfortable, sofa very nice even to sleep . Bathroom had smell. Location ok. Walk 5 min have 7/11

It's not bad, but the location is not easy to find and the elevator is small. Good service attitude.

房間設備齊全，顯得擁擠，相當於在一個標間裏面做了一廚一衞一室，沒有太多空間擺放行李箱。 Lobby 也很小，中午退房的時候人多到坐不下，站滿了人，可能是旺季的特點。 酒店的早餐廳很小，也是坐不下，餐品一般。 泳池比較小，這個就不多説了。 主要設備在A座，B座是有半邊靠山，但是是土堆，不算山景。 總的來講還算可以，但是旺季價格太高，達不到預期。

Номер был с 2 спальнями, кухней, на которой ничего не было из посуды кроме кружек 😅не понятно для чего там была плита, если все-равно без сковородки/кастрюли ей не воспользоваться. Тарелок и тд также не найдете там. В остальном номер понравился. 2 санузла, маленький балкон. Вида с него никакого нет. Бассейн меньше, чем кажется по фото, не купались. Завтрак не брали. Не очень удобен доступ в номер, по подвалам ,территории особо также нет. В целом , если бы цена более адекватная, то вполне можно было несколько дней пожить.

入住的時候搞了個對着外面牆壁和天井的房間，沒有信號 沒有Wi-Fi 沒有吹風機 甚至沒有房間裏的電話，我們要聯繫他們工作人員衹能走回前台！ 前台跟房間還不是一棟樓，中間要穿過停車場，前台也不是正經前台，要從一樓穿過另一層停車場才能上去！ 房間裏馬桶和水池很多污漬，我們要求換房間，他們就是説全部滿房，結果我們聯繫攜程好幾次，後來工作人員半夜一點半來敲門 跟我們説又有空房間了，説半天支支吾吾説不清楚為什麼突然多了個空房間哈哈。 結果換了個房間還是沒有吹風機 … 然後第二天又給我們換了個所謂的升級房型 其實就是原來那個天井房同一個位置 衹不過樓層高了

房間整潔舒適，有一個小的陽台，對於度假的遊客來説，非常適合，喝喝茶，看看風景。可能也是節假日時間段吧，旅客很多，清潔阿姨來不及打掃房間，但是看到我們回來後，趕快清理乾淨，服務態度好。最後提一下，去海灘還是要走大約7-8分鐘的時間。總之，是一家可以推薦的賓館。

看在這個酒店比較新的份上預訂的，真的住下來一言難盡。走廊很寬，但雙人間床只有80cm，翻個身就要掉下去，實在不知道怎麼安排佈局的。房間裏有電磁爐，貌似也只是擺設，想用酒店微波爐加熱一點東西還要收100B…… 沒有梳子 沒有可選枕頭 沒有開瓶器… 每天到了下午房間都還沒收拾，還要1000多人民幣一晚 早餐是唯一滿意的點，每天都會換菜品
