這家酒店的體驗糟糕透了！！！ 1️⃣ 酒店位置非常偏僻，位於山上，路又窄又彎，沒有車的話幾乎上不去，打車也很困難。 2️⃣ 酒店拒絕我們入住。我們是在凌晨1點到達的，雖然規定入住時間是晚上11點之前，我們也理解這一點，但和我們一起到的一對本地情侶卻順利入住了，工作人員對他們態度非常好，還親自帶他們去房間。 3️⃣ 工作人員對我們態度極其惡劣。他們不接電話，也聽不懂英文，不斷地兇我們、趕我們走，還在我們面前罵罵咧咧。當時還下着大暴雨，他們讓我們站在雨裏和他們協商。可一聽到我們要取消訂單，又立刻改變口氣，説“行行行快點進去入住”，像是趕牲口一樣。 這樣的待遇令人震驚，既不專業也毫無人性，完全不像一家四星級酒店該有的服務。 Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. 1️⃣ The location is terrible – it’s up in the mountains with winding roads, and nearly impossible to reach without a car. 2️⃣ We were denied check-in. Although we arrived at 1 AM and the hotel policy states check-in should be before 11 PM （which we understand）, a local couple arrived and checked in at the same time without any issue. The staff treated them kindly and even escorted them to their room, while we were left outside. 3️⃣ The staff were extremely rude to us. They didn’t answer the phone, didn’t understand English, and kept yelling at us to leave. It was pouring rain, and they still made us stand outside in the storm while negotiating. When we said we wanted to cancel the reservation, they suddenly changed their attitude and rushed us inside, saying “fine, fine, go check in.” This treatment was discriminatory, unprofessional, and inhumane – definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encanto. A pasos del centro. Se pueden hacer caminatas por la montaña muy cerca. El desayuno muy variado. Los departamentos están bien equipados y muy limpios.

Resort molto carino e pulito. Presenza di piscina esterna e spa. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata e servizio bar. A 10 minuti a piedi un bistrot per la cena molto tipico e di ottima qualità.

這家度假村環境不錯，坐落在託斯卡納美麗的田園風光之中，而且擁有自己獨立的游泳池，早餐很豐盛。因為離市中心較遠，適合自駕的朋友。

房間性價比很高，店員也很nice，後來又續住了幾晚，不錯不錯👍

The room had thr most picturesque view of the Tuscan mountain side. The pool was beautiful and the room was beautifully tranquil, thr local shops were fantastic and you had thr ability to take the bus to pontassieve to get to florence but having your own vehicle would be better, Sunday there is limited service and a few hours from morning to afternoon where the bus does not run. The breakfast was to die for and the staff were amazing I ran into an issue due to my trip being extended and both guille(I am so sorry if that is wrong she was brilliant such great customer service) worked with me as well as Tomasz who was equally fantastic to get me where I needed to be so I didn't miss my flight. It was truly a remarkable hotel and great for multiple nights I would definitely go back again. Thank you florence hills for making my stay warm and welcoming you are all magnificent

Very relaxing place, starting from the welcome at the reception. The staff is very kind and helpful. The swimming pool and surrounding area are clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet is abundant with a wide choice. All really pleasant!!

Enchanting location among the Tuscan hills, 22 kilometers from the city of Florence. Staff always friendly and helpful. Varied and good breakfast. Great pool to escape the summer heat. Excellent for spending days in total relaxation. We will definitely be back.

The day of our arrival we received an email that the wellness is under maintenance. Besides this the hotel is in terrible state, absolutely not as in the pictures ( wich where probably taken when the hotel first opened 🤣). Everything is old, outdated. The rooms are outdated, the walls are dirty. No words , we are very disappointed but can’t cancell as this was planned for a long time.

Visited Tuscany for a wedding. We placed our toddler and babysitter in Florence Hills Resort & Wellness, before joining them for the final night. We booked the Deluxe Apartment with five beds. Our two-storey apartment was modern, clean and very functional. The two large bedrooms (with double beds) both had air condition, and yet another was found in the living room. There was a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave and a dining table inside, as well as a spacious balcony. Standards were generally high. This would seem an ideal place for a large family, two smaller ones travelling together, or a group of friends. The pool area was the natural place to hang out during the day. This was clean and tidy, with a kiddy pool as well as a deeper one. For our stay there were plenty of sunbeds and generally a chill atmosphere. Close by there was also a small playground. Pelago, the village, is peaceful, cozy and very Italian. There is a tiny supermarket, a bistro, a few other shops and a bus stop - not much more. But the food is great, you find the groceries you need and people are friendly. Although, if you drive anything bigger than a Fiat 500 parking is tight. I recommend leaving your rental at the hotel and walking the 300 meters to get there. All in all, Florence Hills Resort & Wellness is a nice place to stay, in a region well worth a visit. The crew are friendly, the beds comfy and the general impression all over good. I can recommend going here.

Posto meraviglioso dotato di ogni comfort. La piscina e l'immersione nella natura lo rendono sensazionale. Ringrazio il personale per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza nell'offrire lavoro in modo così disponibile. Da ritornarci sicuramente la prossima volta!

Estuve unos días de vacaciones con mi familia en el hotel, vista divina, rico desayuno y un personal impecable. Tuvimos lindos dias asi que aprovechamos la pileta y el sol. Las habitaciones amplias, con vistas a la montaña y muy limpias. Volveremos pronto a relajarnos y disfrutar en familia! 😊

Le foto ingannano alla grande, non è assolutamente un 4 stelle! Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking e già al momento dell’arrivo ci siamo accorti che la struttura non rispecchia le foto presenti, ma è molto più in degrado. La camera è sporchissima con polvere ovunque, il bagno indecente, rumore sempre presente dalle camere vicine. La colazione è banale, servita in una sala sporca con posate e stoviglie sporche. Per finire, personale scortese. Mai più, da evitare a ogni costo!

Uno dei migliori resort mai visti prima, location stupenda, accoglienza impeccabile, staff super qualificato, cordiale, attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Immerso nella natura è il luogo ideale dove rilassare mentre e corpo, consiglio vivamente questa fantastica esperienza
