Fab hotel - perfect for a stopover. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was free We drove the 10 minutes to the Boulevard des Pyrenees for dinner but there looked to be places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The greeting from Joanne, on reception, was most appreciated. After a long motorbike ride, she made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I like a firm mattress. I only stayed for 1 night but should l be in the area again l will most certainly see if they have any room. Merci!

Simple, clean, air-conditioned and good value for money we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone planning a day or so in Pau. Not all that easy to find I initially but with good nearby transport links into the city. It was ideal for what we wanted and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Excellent location, staff es super helpful made us feel like home. Parking onsite. We had a short stay and there were 5 of us so the price was super affordable. To visit the center of the city you need to drive in a straight line for few minutes and parking is very close to everything.

Terrible manager. When we arrived he was shouting at a young woman & wouldn’t stop. Then it came to our time to deal with him. We asked why the cost was more than the detailed tariff on the reception desk. Big mistake! He staring going on for a long time saying he has to pay 10% commission to ******* etc. We tried to stop him & say that’s fine we understand (though we felt it was not fair). It was hard to stop him even saying 4 times “May we pay now please, we have had a long drive). Also we paid for a triple room on the basis that it was bigger, but he wouldn’t give it as we are just a couple. No reduction for the double he gave us. It wasn’t a great room (photos below). NO WIFI. We took a big breath & went down to ask the manager why no wifi. He went on a long tirade about wifi companies. The scam this hotel has is that you have to receive an email to access the wifi. Of course you can’t do that without wifi. My husband tried this and put his 4G on to get the email but guess what, no access to wifi even with getting the email. Paint issues in the room & horrible old coat hangar thing. Last issue. There was insects in the room (or bed!?). When I lay down in the bed I got these bites. In total we had the worst night we have had ever!! Tonight we are in an NH hotel in San Sebastián in Spain and it is Perfect 10/10!

Très bon accueil, literie convenable.parfait pour une nuit en déplacement Pas très bien insonorisé c’est dommage. Chambre propre et climatisé, bien situé parking gratuit et spacieux. Je recommande vivement petit déjeuner très copieux avec un large choix d’aliments y compris bio. Personnel très agréable et sympathique

Simple mais fonctionnel, avec équipement et décor moderne. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Parking facile et gratuit. Pas de bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques sur place, mais points de recharges près du cinéma à proximité. Petit déjeuner complet et varié, avec quelques produits locaux. Excellent accueil à la réception, et de tout le personnel. À noter : un plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire. Le seul - : pour un hôtel qui affiche son engagement écologique, les produits bain/douche qui sont fabriqué en Chine :-(

Un accueil exceptionnel par la directrice de l'établissement qui m'offert un sur-classement de la chambre pour ma première venue dans la ville de Pau. Le personnel est prévenant et sympathique et les prestations proposées sont tout à fait à la hauteur. La literie est d'un haut niveau de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

je recommande emplacement idéal facile d'accés , grand parking . Des employés trés trés agréables toujours prés à vous aider . un petit déjeuner complet , hotel propre bien équipé j'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir en d'autres circonstances.
