It was a good choice to celebrate my birthday at the hotel which was recommended by my family. Made full use of the hotel amenities with my family, indoor pool, gym, massage. A complementary cake was also delivered. Service is good! Food at the resto also ok. 😊

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here in Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites. We booked Exe King Studio for 3d2n (Saturday-Monday). There's a birthday sliced cake and complimentary sweets in the room. The room is clean, have kitchen. Only have 1 robe. It didn't have a rice cooker and only had 1 hanger in the closet - we requested, it took them almost 3 hours (we follow up every 30-45minutes) to give us hangers and rice cooker. Pool is okay, the smell of chlorine is strong. We are not informed or aware that there's a swimming lesson every Sunday, the pool is so jam-packed, we cannot swim properly. If you are planning to stay in weekends, have kids and plan to swim - please avoid the Sundays. I am hoping the management to post like announcement that they have swimming lessons every Sunday in their pool area. Mind you, the pool are they have are already small so imagine they swimming lessons - there are alot of people/kids, coming in and out. The room we stayed in is very clean, you can cooked foods in the Kitchen, they have oven, ref and microwave. Bathroom is okay - they clothesline is broken tho so we are unable to use it. We might stay again in the future but definitely avoid Sundays. Thank you for the service!

The location was accessible to where I worked. The room was clean and organized, and there were lots of storage and cabinets for my luggage. The customer service was polite, especially Mitch. I will definitely come back again.

Love the Pool, room, food and Service. The Welcome drink could be better tasting

We are staying at Joy Nostalgia hotel for 7nights. The first room we got (2004) was facing construction site (probably 3m away). We didn't get any notification about the ongoing contraction before or after we booked the hotel. Not even at check in. The construction workers sometimes pouring concrete in the middle of night so we got woken up by all the noise. If you are coming to Philippines for business trip, don't book this hotel. You won't have a good night sleep. Also, the wall is pretty thin, so you can hear next door people talking. Due to the contraction noise, we changed our room to opposite side. However, the room we got (1109) was DIRTY. And the shower drain smells like urine. Felt like 3 star hotel, not 5 star AT ALL. Furthermore, the location.. I reckon there are better hotels with better location which is located in the shopping centre. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Love the big space, kitchen and the good service! Not very keen on the fitness centre - I’ve only used it twice. - little too dark.

Very poor in preparation. We’ve waited for an hour to let them prepare our room. This is not acceptable.

Nice and very pleasant place

This was my second time here but so sad that our second would be the last🥲 First, we requested for early checkin and informed us to call warly same day but no available room for earlt checkin. We arrived early like 2:30pm but they let us check in for past 3pm. Second, We booked early for twin bed 1 br but upon arrival they said it wasnt available and gave us king bed instead. we booked early and the twin bed was available how come it was not available during the checkin time. Third, lack of toiletries, no lotion at all. Forth, shower room was dirty, the fridge was so dusty. If there would be zero star, i would give one. Very frustrating stay.

We had a great stay here. Looking forward on our future booking here again.
