So good hotel

I should open this review by acknowledging that I was a business traveller staying at a tourist holiday hotel, but regardless, what I experienced was not good and should not be ignored. The hotel location is quite remote, but it was near a company I was visiting, so I decided to try it since it has reviews classifying it as Amazing, which I now find unbelievable. I did not arrive at the hotel until nearly midnight, but immediately noticed the outside of the hotel was strewn with rubbish in front of the entrance doors - Not a good first sign. The lobby was large, bare and lacking in any atmosphere, although the staff at the front desk were efficient and polite. I had been upgraded to a suite, which I guess was because I had requested they ensure the advertised non-smoking room had not actually been used for smokers, as happens very often in China. The suite decor was bland and again lacking in any atmosphere, but due to my late arrival, I decided that it did not matter, as all I needed was a bed for the night. The room was old, worn, with an outdated black bathroom suite, which may have been fashionable at some point, but not any more! When I woke the next morning and opened the room curtains, the outside view was not good, in fact it was horrible (see the attached pictures) - The hotel looks to be in the middle of an industrial zone and I just had a view of the rubbish area! I went to breakfast, that was advertised as including 'American' buffet options - If American meant croissant and coffee, the have succeded, as this was the only non-Chinese food option I could find. The breakfast room was chaos, with no member of staff on duty to manage the guests, so it was more like a fighting war zone. There were not enough tables or chairs, and the food options quickly ran out, and due to the other disorganisation, I could not wait to leave. When I did leave the breakfast room, I noticed there was a staff meeting being held outside - Who does this kind of meeting during breaksfast when the staff were needed?? At checkout, as I waited in the lobby for my taxi to collect me, my leaving experience will be remembered by a male staff member shouting at the reception team - I very nearly got up and went and spoke to the man shouting, as this was totally inappropriate, especially in front of guests. His behaviour was disgusting and should not be accepted. I would never stay at this hotel again, and the owners should urgently and seriously make changes to improve!

Room is very clean and cozy. It’s easy to train station and staffs are so friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again here. Thank you Atour

Great hospitality. Room is clean and big with the free shuttle to Disneyland! It’s very lovely and make sure we board the bus, direction is clear. Thanks!

The hotel is about 30 mins to Disney and factory outlet by taxi . Within walking distance there are a few good restaurants like Hong Kong cafe and Japanese restaurant serve nice food.

酒店非常滿意，房間乾淨衞生採光挺好的，酒店工作人員服務特別好很人性化，海底小縱隊的主題房小朋友很喜歡，床品很舒服，氣味很清新無異味，房間很安靜隔音效果比較好，電視可以投屏很方便，硬件設施都很齊全很好用，早餐很豐富自助餐種類比較多，晚上還有深夜粥很暖心很好吃，還有接送服務還可以免費停車，推薦入住

迪士尼/野生動物園/海昌海洋公園班車接送服務:接送服務非常貼心，而且班次很多，司機開車也非常平穩 深夜一碗麪:夜宵服務非常貼心，有米線麪條上海青還有一些小菜，阿姨會聽每個人的需求 浦東機場班車接送服務:機場接機服務也非常貼心準時 前台小妹免費為我們升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔，廁所包含淋浴和浴缸，提供一次性保護套，早餐菜品也非常多樣化，時間也很長滿足不同起床時間的客人。隨時提供飲用水。

來迪士尼首選的酒店🏨前台服務熱情，提前打電話告知天氣，去酒店路線，進門會奉茶，房間味道很清新，床上用品很軟，電視很大清新度高，空調製冷很快，淋浴水温度合適，房間硬件設施齊全，很方便，隔音也很好，早餐品種多，更暖心的是酒店還有免費洗衣服務，晚上有粥和麪條，離店了還給兩瓶水讓帶着路上喝，超級滿意的一次入住，下次來旅遊首選

入住體驗非常好，外面第一次住亞朵，不是節假日，價格很划算。衞生很好，睡眠系統也好，兩個人睡的很香。走的時候還給了伴手禮，夜間還有免費宵夜，很棒的入住體驗～還有迪士尼，機場接送班車，好得很。
