I stayed for 10 days. When I checked in late at night, the hotel didn't have a hot water dispenser, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked the male staff at the front desk for hot water for coffee, and he kindly boiled it for me in the restaurant. A few days later, I bought instant noodles from the hotel's shop for a late-night snack and asked for hot water, but the elderly female staff at the front desk refused, saying it was only available until 10 pm, even though it was 9:55 pm. That same female staff member also refused to have my room cleaned when I requested it before going out, saying the cleaning staff were busy, and the room wasn't cleaned when I returned. (The room was only cleaned 3 times in 10 days, so I had to call every day to request fresh towels.) The housekeeping and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the pool was clean, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Inn next door.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Khách sạn rộng hơn, phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi, mình mới thuê hai đêm, đêm thứ hai không đi chơi, phòng mình chỉ thấy pháo hoa Disneyland.tuyệt vời. Bãi đậu xe - được bảo vệ bởi cổng, $ 32 một ngày, đó là tốt. Chỉ cần dịch vụ giữ hành lý của khách sạn Nếu bạn quay lại muộn hơn một chút, họ phải rất lâu mới ra ngoài. The room was nice, the only problem was the internet didn’t work, they said they would send maintenance no one came. I requested house keeping no one ever came as well for the new bed sheets that were needed. We also didn’t receive new towels for the 2 days we stayed even after we requested them.

The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

Good for the money. We’ll stay again this place within our budget, basic and simple

Tôi đã đưa 2 đứa cháu gái đến Disneyland. Ngân sách của tôi có hạn nên Queens Inn là lựa chọn hoàn hảo với mức giá này. Điểm trừ duy nhất là khách sạn có 2 tầng và nếu bạn ở tầng dưới, mọi người dường như sẽ gây ra rất nhiều tiếng ồn ở trên bạn, như tiếng trẻ em chạy lên chạy xuống hoặc tiếng người lớn dậm chân khắp phòng. Các cô gái đã xuống hồ bơi một lần vì dường như trời quá lạnh. Có một cửa hàng Denny's ở bên kia đường và đối diện là một cửa hàng tạp hóa/chợ nhỏ, nơi bạn có thể đổ đầy nước với giá 25 xu nếu mua 1 trong những chai nước gallon đó. Khách sạn này không phục vụ bữa sáng nhưng tôi đã mua một hộp ngũ cốc lớn từ nhà cho mỗi đứa và mua một gói 4 bát từ K mart với giá 2 đô la và bữa sáng đã xong. Bên ngoài Denny's có một trạm xe buýt nhưng hãy tải xuống ứng dụng xe buýt ART. Tôi đã trả 48 đô la cho 3 chúng tôi trong 3 ngày và điều đó đã cứu đôi chân của chúng tôi, đặc biệt là khi ở Disney. Ngoài ra còn có 2 trạm dịch vụ với Orca n*** bên cạnh và một trạm khác đối diện. Ngoài ra còn có một tiệm giặt là mới tuyệt vời bên cạnh. Ngoài ra còn có rất nhiều quán ăn xung quanh và cách Target 20 phút đi bộ, nơi không chỉ bán quần áo mà còn bán cả đồ tạp hóa và trái cây tươi & rau.

過渡酒店，很推薦，性價比太高了。 離機場開車5分鐘，提前告知航班，11點多到準時接機，非常方便。酒店房間設施基本同國內如家，挺乾淨的，沒有提供一次性牙刷，記得自備。早餐很不錯，頂樓無邊泳池也很贊，想想200/元一晚酒店，國內應該找不到如此配套的設施，適合第一天和最後一天過渡，閉眼入哈

Trung tâm Hội nghị Anaheim nằm rất gần, chỉ cần đi bộ là đến. Đây cũng là địa điểm tuyệt vời để đến Disneyland hoặc tổ chức các cuộc họp. Đừng kỳ vọng quá cao vào nhà nghỉ hay bất cứ điều gì khác nhé! 😄

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
