We design the garage to be a game room where you can play table tennis, foosball table, a treadmill, and many other games for your entertainment. First floor has a large living room with two sofas, a welcome table, a dining table, a family room with another L-shaped sofa next to the fireplace, 65” smart TV and music CD/Bluetooth player that connects with speakers throughout the house and outside in the pool area. There is one bedroom and a designated work room with a computer. There is one full bathroom.Second floor has a master bedroom that has an extra room with a pulled-out bed sofa. This room has a bathroom with it. The second bedroom upstairs is the largest bedroom that has two queen-size beds and a 65” TV plus another customized marble wall bathroom. The only king-size bed is in the third room up stairs and next to that is another bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms upstairs and 2 of them are inside the bedrooms and 1 bathroom is outside to be shared by the junior bedrooms. There is a granny flat that not belonged to the house in the back. There is a very sweet family who will not bother us. They are also the house keeper. Please do not disturb the people who live here.
