AApril FilesThis may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

TTài khoản kháchOverall my first stay at the Milwaukee Ambassador Hotel was really good. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and engaging and the food I had was very good. As far as my room, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom is where it needs some work. The shower head didn't want to come on right away and the water pressure was dismal at best. Also, it was very clear the shower tile/grout does not get cleaned regularly, as it was visibly dirty. One image shows the clean tile above the sink and the other is the dirty shower grout.
Lastly, the 1st floor bathroom was so cute, but the 2nd door you walk through desperately needs to be cleaned and repainted. Please fix this. It gives a bad first impression.

TTài khoản kháchService was good - the front desk went over and beyond to help me figure out how I could take the local public bus. The state of the rooms left much to be desired. It's an old property and the room feels a little musty, old, and not befitting of what Doubletree Hilton standards should be. However, the DoubleTree cookie was an absolute delight!

TTài khoản kháchThe location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.
