一家六口春節出遊，這家酒店讓全家人都很滿意，房間寬敞，環境安靜，衞生非常好，連家裡有潔癖的長者都覺得挺滿意，説很乾凈整潔，早餐也很棒，種類挺齊全，熱菜做的很用心，不管幾點去吃，都保證熱呼呼的足量供應，從晚上入住到第二天離店，遇到的服務人員都笑容滿面，禮貌周到。走的時候前台小姐姐還體貼的問要不要帶幾瓶水在路上，我説要一瓶水就可以了，結果連拖鞋等一整套用品都給贈送了一套，紅紅火火的手提袋，大過年的，看着很是喜慶。相信這樣用心的酒店，也會紅紅火火的

這次我們從烏魯木齊到哈密來，主要是為了我的訂婚提親😏😏😏來之前家裡人特別交代選個價格適中的，我住過大大小小很多酒店，康萊德、希爾頓、萬達文華等各種連鎖酒店，主題酒店~不是水評論刷好評。在來哈密前精挑細選，與我住過的其他酒店相比，這家的性價比還是很可以的，雖然酒店房間內比較擁擠但是衞生和環境都是沒得説，酒店內的綠植都是真的…… 進酒店大門就是笑口常開的前台小姐姐和青銅鼎，寓意“基業長青，鼎盛千秋”。酒店內的花香從一進店門到床上，我晚上閉眼還能聞到花香，不刺鼻不濃郁，衹是清淡的。 Entering the hotel gate is the smiling young lady at the front desk and the bronze tripod, which means ”the foundation will last forever, and the prosperity will last forever”. From the moment I entered the store door to the bed, I can still smell the flowers when I close my eyes at night. It is not pungent or strong, but light.

Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

非常喜歡這家酒店，住了很多次了，房間很大，床也很大，軟硬適中，睡着很舒服，有兩種枕頭可挑選，洗澡水很沖，早餐非常豐盛，自製的酸奶非常好喝，酒店有很大的免費的停車場，周邊環境很好，前台美女人很好很熱情，非常滿意

這次哈密之行最幸運的決定，就是選擇了西遇酒店！從下車那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐提前主動聯繫確認行程，房間比預期更驚喜，衞生做得超到位，，毛巾浴巾潔白無異味，連洗漱台都收拾得一塵不染，完全沒有後顧之憂。住得既舒心又方便。最打動我的是細節——我們坐火車是17:00的火車，老闆主動給我們一行五人預留了好幾個小時，讓我們在酒店休息。真的讓我們不遠千里從河南來到哈密，讓我們非常感動…酒店位置也超讚，離高鐵站不遠，步行就能到周邊的夜市和燒烤店，晚上吃完美味的羊肉串散步回來特別愜意。早餐更是誠意滿滿，不僅有現煮的清湯牛肉麪、純香牛奶，還有多種主食和小菜，營養又可口，完全能滿足早出發的旅途需求。全程服務都特別貼心，工作人員熱情又不刻意，會主動推薦本地性價比高的餐館，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種不打擾卻很周全的服務真的太加分了。性價比遠超預期，下次來哈密一定還住這裏！
