SSasa1981Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need.
The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy.
The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing.
The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.
 the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

JJustinthestateThe lobby was nice, breakfast was good. Great because it’s very close to the flower field. There’s a pretty good local brewing company nearby. However, the room and the design was much older than I thought, too much carpet, not modern and nice-looking enough, and the view of the patio was bad, maybe because the room was on the first floor.

TTài khoản kháchLove to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️.

TTài khoản kháchWe had a great time at the Carlsbad Sheraton for my birthday staycation! I loved Taryn, the front desk gal; she was helpful and friendly. Taryn  allowed my friend to decorate a few lounge chairs at the pool before I arrived for my surprise birthday. Most places wouldn’t have allowed that, and I was very appreciative.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were roomy. Unfortunately, some noisy people were above us for half the night. Thankfully, security asked him to shut up, and at check-out, Taryn waved my resort fee and sincerely apologized.
I almost forgot to mention the lovely restaurant and Café at the poolside. I ordered myself a cup of coffee, and the barista made me a complimentary chai tea latte for my birthday.
I look forward to Coming back for another day of vacation

TTài khoản kháchI would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

TTài khoản kháchI feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service.
