Khách Sạn Có Chỗ Đậu Xe Tại Baguio

Bất cứ khi nào chúng tôi đến Baguio, chúng tôi luôn ở Forest Lodge. Tại sao chúng ta tiếp tục quay trở lại? Bởi vì họ sẽ luôn khiến bạn cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Đôi khi những tình huống bất ngờ xảy ra và đó là lúc bạn sẽ thực sự chứng kiến ​​điều gì khiến khách sạn này vượt trội hơn những khách sạn còn lại. This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng thơm tho, thủ tục nhận/trả phòng dễ dàng, nhân viên thân thiện và niềm nở. Kết nối Wi-fi tốt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bữa sáng tự chọn: Thức ăn ngon nhưng lựa chọn hơi hạn chế, chủ yếu là thịt heo/bò, tôi hy vọng sẽ có thêm rau và hải sản. Và tôi hy vọng sẽ có trứng, đừng chiên trứng tại chỗ nếu không sẽ phải xếp hàng dài. ⭐️⭐️ Vị trí tốt nhất nếu bạn có xe riêng 😊 Chỉ hơi xa trung tâm thị trấn một chút. Ở đây không có nhiều taxi nên bạn thực sự không có lựa chọn nào khác, bạn có thể đặt xe Grab (giá taxi Grab khoảng 200 đô la trở lên, nhưng nếu bạn là khách quen thì chỉ khoảng 100 đô la hoặc ít hơn). Một điều cần lưu ý là đoạn đường lên sảnh chính của khách sạn khá dốc, đường dốc xoắn ốc rất khó đi nếu bạn không quen lái xe, hy vọng sẽ có người giúp bạn lên xuống xe để tránh va chạm và tai nạn.

This was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here. We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309. At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them. After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed. I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest. I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
