Khách sạn đẹp và phòng rộng. Tất cả nhân viên đều thân thiện. Bữa sáng ngon nhưng thực đơn có hạn. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay. Cleanliness: No complaint on it. Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example. Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

Phòng rất rộng và đẹp, có 2 giường (king và queen size). Sofa, TV, bếp, bàn ăn n không gian ban công có bàn sẵn. Gần hoàn thành. Internet cũng nhanh. Nhà vệ sinh có vòi sen, máy sưởi, bồn rửa và bồn tắm. Chỉ có khăn tắm và xà phòng nhỏ khác để tắm. Rất gần chợ đêm. Có thể có được một cái nhìn đẹp quá. Nói chung sẽ ở lại lần sau nếu có được mức giá phù hợp

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a relaxing ambiance, making it a perfect getaway for travelers seeking a picturesque environment. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite, with a delightful lavender color scheme and thematic touches that create a calming, cohesive atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities that cater to a wide range of guest needs, enhancing overall comfort and convenience. Enhanced warmth communications and more amicable demeanor from the counter and kitchen bar workers could improve service quality, thereby enriching the tourist experience and creating a greater sense of welcome and appreciation.

I stayed at Kea Garden Guest House and found several areas that could be improved. There were not enough pillows provided, which affected our comfort. The room felt quite warm even though the weather outside was cold. Having at least one fan in the room would be helpful, as the windows cannot be opened due to privacy concerns and safety reasons. The windows also cannot be locked, which feels unsafe. The TV had no selectable channels available. It would be better to provide Netflix or a similar streaming service so guests can relax at night, especially during rainy weather when going out is limited. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, possibly coming from the tiles or drainage. The iron is placed outside the room, which is inconvenient. It would be more practical to place an iron inside the room and simply check the room inventory during check-out before returning the deposit. Parking is also limited and shared with visitors who come to shop in the area, making it difficult to find parking. Overall, the guest house has potential, but improvements in room comfort, facilities, and safety would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, the experience was overall disappointing. The apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout, even affecting the bed and mattress. It almost felt like the bedsheet carried the same odor, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets had a rough texture that lacked the usual smoothness and quality that you would expect from a hotel stay. On the positive side, the hotel did have a fantastic balcony. The balcony was beautifully furnished and became the highlight of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there since being inside the room was far from relaxing. Unfortunately, my mum struggled to sleep the whole night due to the smell and overall discomfort of the room. In short, while we appreciated the balcony, the issues with the smell and bedding made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.
