Un hotel muy seguro , he llegado ya en tres ocasiones para realizar salida aerea internacional y van y me recogen al aeropuerto, tienen ese servicio agregado y sin costo dolo con una propina al chófer lo recomiendo.⁹

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

The location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!

nói chung, căn phòng không phải là tệ nhất mà tôi từng thấy, ở hành lang có tủ quần áo hai cửa tự xây lớn, ghế trong phòng có một cái gầm trông bẩn với tôi và dường như đã lâu không được giặt, phòng tắm có tắm sàn và đây là thuận tiện để duy trì vệ sinh cá nhân, nhưng Trong phòng cũng có một số vấn đề: gián (cả 6 người trong một lúc trong phòng), vệ sinh kém ở góc phòng, ví dụ, rất nhiều bụi accumulate giữa giường và bàn cạnh giường, đầu vòi hoa sen hoạt động kém hoặc thiếu, gối cứng gỗ cùng nệm và mền mỏng, và có thể rất ồn từ nhạc lớn và những cuộc trò chuyện sau tường, và một vấn đề chung khác là bụi và tắc xấu ở lối vào trước của khách sạn vì khách không công bằng rác và đôi thuốc lá ngay từ bước chân của lối vào khách sạn và cũng hút thuốc ngay tại cửa khách sạn, Điều đó không thể chấp nhận được và kinh tởm cho một người bình thường
