TTài khoản kháchEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting.
The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105)
We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

TTài khoản kháchWe enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

TTài khoản kháchIt was so nice to be able to be so close to my gate when I was just traveling through the airport and had a long layover. Once you walk through those doors you wouldn’t even know you were in an airport. It was quiet and very clean.

TTài khoản kháchThe location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown.
