Location is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance. Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle. Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool. I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out. Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless. They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

Love this resort. There were a couple inconveniences such as construction right under my room but customer service is unbeatable at accommodating and customers happy. Can’t complain. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and just minutes from the marina walking. Love itttttt.

Я связалась с отелем и попросила сделать возврат денежных средств, хотя сумма возврата не подлежала, БЛАГОДАРЮ, что мне пошли на встречу и поменяли даты. This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

I have stayed at this hotel perhaps six or seven times. I like the location it is close to the city (2 blocks ) it is close to the beach (2.5) blocks. Close to some tasty restaurants. Very big pool and free laundry. Free breakfast was tasty!! Also free use of washer and dryer. Hotel restaurant is also tasty. Dont forget to ask for your free maragraita coupon per person upon check in, I will return to this hotel happily!

location close to INM which is the best selling point. breakfast sucks no good for Canadian maybe. people are nice.
