My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Chaume. This family run Ryokan made us feel at home. The manager drove us to and from a terrific onsen nearby and afterwards we were served a delicious multi-course dinner. The drink list was excellent too. After a tasty Japanese style breakfast we needed help making an onward reservation, so the manager made several calls on our behalf and found us a place that had a last minute cancellation. I would recommend the Ryokan Chaume to anyone looking for a high quality inn.

日式房間非常乾淨整潔，主人服務熱情周到細緻。這個酒店包括了早餐和晚餐，晚餐極其豐盛，量非常大，包括各種美味的海鮮和魚。早餐也非常豐盛和美味，非常好的體驗。

Mặc dù nằm ở một khu vực khá xa xôi, nhưng nước suối nóng tại Blunkawa Onsen có chất lượng tuyệt hảo, dưỡng ẩm cho da và mang đến một trải nghiệm ngâm mình thư giãn thực sự. Chủ nhà và tiếp viên Mikado, cũng như các nhân viên khác, đều rất nồng hậu và hiếu khách, mang đến một trải nghiệm thực sự chu đáo và ấm áp. Bữa tối rất thịnh soạn, và sự tỉ mỉ đến từng chi tiết của đầu bếp đã tạo nên một nền ẩm thực suối nước nóng đích thực, mà chúng tôi vô cùng yêu thích. Các phòng cũng có ghế massage để xoa dịu những du khách mệt mỏi. Cá nhân tôi rất muốn giới thiệu nhà nghỉ suối nước nóng này, nơi mang đậm bầu không khí truyền thống Nhật Bản.

The most affordable hotel through out my trip! It was extremely affordable, despite its great location, situated close to both the bus and train station (making it a perfect location after a long journey). The staff is polite, the room is spacious enough and it offer all the amenities of more expensive hotel (like a public onsen and personal hygiene products). Despite a limited variety of options of the breakfast buffet, the quality of the ingreadient and what was offered was excelent. Well worth the price.

老舗の旅館で、ひなびた温泉旅館のよう。あちこちぎしぎしする廊下や木製の階段の手すり、タイル張りの洗面台など、昭和レトロ感満載でしたが、格安の素泊まりだったので全然　OKでした。 お風呂も共同で１、2人入るたびに鍵をかけて入ります。建物は古いですが、トイレはウォシュレットだったり、部屋のドライヤーやポットも新しくて、清潔でした。壁は薄いですが、周りの宿泊客が良識ある方だったようで、夜も静かで快適にすごせました。今治ハンドタオルの選べるプレゼントも嬉しいサービスです。ネット予約だったので、領収書は発行できないかと言ってみましたが、親切に発行してもらいました。立地は今治港は近いですが、今治駅からは商店街を10分くらい歩きました。

Very impressive arranegment and hospitality. I had a cycling accident in Seto inland sea and requested a delay checkin. The hotel texted me to offer assistance. Upon knowing my injury, the hotel upgraded me to a big private room for which i did not have to walk upstairs to my room and there was a private bath room inside. When i arrived at late night, all food were well prepared on table whilst fresh sushi were stored in the fridge. The hotel is a traditional Japanese hostel with warm hospitality and nice massage facilities. Surely will pick it when travel there again.

今時の旅館ではないですが接客もいいし、ロケーションもいいし、また行きたいと思います。
