The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

Amazing amenities. The room was big and spacious. There was a floor for fruits, beverages and terrace as well as a lounge. There was also a billiard room but I didn't get to visit. Location is good however parking is a 8min walk away. Don't get fooled and try to drive to the hotel as we did and get stuck in the alleys for pedestrian only. Alleys are night are filled with youth and seemed dangerous. Try to avoid.

In una posizione tranquilla, dalla stanza si poteva vedere un bel verde. Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile. Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco. La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse... Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.

The location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

因為評論甚少，來增加評論~ 2024／11／12-11／13 ，住一晚（含11／13早餐） 單人房1號房間，體驗很不錯！可參考房間內照片 離火車站近，步行5分鐘內抵達！對火車來遊玩的旅客很方便。Check in櫃檯在二樓，看到招牌上樓櫃檯報到即可。提供房間內部照片參考，2號房間整修中（代表老闆有再整理照顧房子），有熱水壺、冰箱、中央暖氣，也有提供茶包、盥洗用、毛巾品使用！洗澡熱水要稍等（或許是我第一位洗等比較久才變熱） 街道部分明亮，其實Genova都是大街小巷穿梭！就是這個氛圍！不要擔心太多～但也如評論所說可能有非裔難民來此區，還是要多加小心（路邊也看到兩三位警察再盤查）
