酒店極美，古老的宮殿改造的；007電影裏那種；房間很大很舒服乾淨，餐廳是米其林，菜品服務都名副其實，很熱門一般需要預訂，住店客人會比較優先安排；酒店有代客泊車服務，需要電話或郵件預訂。位置也好，就在最繁華的商業街上，樓下是Maxmara和各個品牌店

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

Có một quầy bar thú vị ở tầng trệt. Các phòng được thông gió tốt. Wi-Fi hoạt động rất tốt. Ở tầng trệt có một đội chơi trò chơi với ******************* và bi-a. Có trò bóng bàn trong quầy bar. Giá cả hợp lý. Đây thực sự là một nhà nghỉ lý tưởng, nơi mọi chi tiết đều được chăm chút để mang đến cho khách cảm giác thoải mái. Tôi sẽ đến Milan vào tuần tới - tôi cũng đã đặt một nhà nghỉ của chuỗi nhà nghỉ này ở đó, và mọi thứ ở đó đều tuyệt vời không kém. Tôi giới thiệu nó cho mọi người! Trung tâm thành phố Genoa chỉ cách nhà trọ một đoạn đi bộ ngắn. Ga tàu và FlixBus cách đó 10 phút đi bộ. Nhìn chung, nơi này hoàn hảo.

The hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark. The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out). I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Ban đầu chúng tôi đặt phòng suite vì được ghi là một giường cỡ lớn và một giường đơn. Tôi có con nhỏ 3 tuổi, mà giường cỡ lớn ở châu Âu lại rất nhỏ, nên tôi chọn suite. Hình ảnh cũng cho thấy điều đó. Nhưng khi đến nơi, tôi được đưa một phòng giường cỡ lớn và được thông báo là vì tôi không nói với họ là tôi có con nhỏ nên họ nói chúng tôi chỉ có hai người. May mắn thay, cuối cùng chúng tôi được đổi sang phòng suite cỡ lớn. Đó chỉ là một khách sạn hạng thương gia bình thường, nằm n*** cạnh ga tàu và gần bến du thuyền. Rất tiện lợi.
