KkkmlcI had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

TTài khoản kháchI had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa.
What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. A stay worth repeating
أقمت في فندق FM7 ريزورت – مطار جاكرتا وكانت تجربة ممتازة من جميع النواحي. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، والمرافق رائعة خصوصًا المسبح والسبا.
لكن ما يميز الفندق فعلاً هو الخدمة الاستثنائية. كان الموظفون Randy و Cyndi و Aulia في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، ساعدوني بكل ابتسامة وقدموا خدمة تفوق التوقع.
أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق خاصة للقادمين أو المغادرين عبر المطار. تجربة تستحق التكرار

NnilacandriaI had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience.
Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too!
Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service.
Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful.
And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe.
Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience.
I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

TTài khoản kháchKỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời với dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay khứ hồi, tiết kiệm được rất nhiều nhờ dịch vụ tuyệt vời này. Khách sạn nằm cạnh một trung tâm thương mại có KFC, Starbucks và một số nhà hàng. Xung quanh cũng có một số quán ăn đường phố và siêu thị địa phương, khá thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Lời khuyên của tôi là nên thông báo cho khách sạn ít nhất một ngày trước giờ đến để có đủ thời gian liên lạc và sắp xếp đón. Tôi may mắn vì là người duy nhất đi xe, điểm hẹn khá khó tìm nên tài xế đã đến tận nơi đón tôi. Về chuyến bay khởi hành, tôi đã đặt chỗ trước một ngày vì có chuyến bay sớm.
Phòng rộng rãi và nhìn chung tốt với các tiện nghi đơn giản.

KKongLSHad a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a ＞200m walk from the reception.

Our recent stay at Amaris was an absolute delight, perfectly situated for anyone needing convenient access to the airport without sacrificing comfort or a great meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The hotel's location is a major plus. Being just a short free shuttle bus from the airport terminals took all the stress out of our early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and reliable, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast. Often, airport hotel breakfasts can be an afterthought, but here it was a true highlight. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options to suit every palate. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and there was a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurts. The coffee was fresh and plentiful, providing the perfect fuel for a day of travel.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep before our journey. We couldn't hear any airport noise, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, we highly recommend Amaris to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. The excellent breakfast and friendly service make it a top choice that we will certainly be returning to on our next trip.

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotels value for money as included breakfast. The room of the hotel is outdated but still clean overall. Just the floor is a bit dusty. However the lobby area is clean. The breakfast menu is sufficient for the price such as rice, bakso, flat rice noodle, fried rice, lontong, omelette, crackers, chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, donut , bread ,cereals, coffee, teas, fresh milk, soursop juice.
