khách sạn tuyệt vời với nhiều tiện nghi, đặc biệt là cho gia đình. có ban công nhìn ra hồ bơi cho phòng vua. thích quang cảnh, không gian và lòng hiếu khách. dịch vụ tuyệt vời, một trong những nhân viên của họ đã đưa chúng tôi đi dạo xung quanh và giới thiệu các tiện nghi & phòng khiêu vũ của họ, thật đáng tiếc khi chúng tôi quên hỏi tên anh ấy. cảm ơn anh! đồ ăn ngon, đặc biệt là bánh macaron! thích lắm. được tặng 3 chiếc bánh macaron miễn phí khi nhận phòng khiến tôi mua thêm 9 chiếc bánh macaron nữa 🤤❤️ được vào trung tâm thương mại tentrem, với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra bể cá & màn hình led. cũng đừng quên thử món mì ramen ngon nhất của semarang ở đó! được giới thiệu & chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

Very good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows. However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into. As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows. All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

We requested for high floor and good view and we’re obliged. We were told it is the new wing, however it is still somewhat oldish looking, especially the toilet is rather simply furnished. Breakfast spread is alright and has a lot of guest every morning

Close to the train station. AC is perfect. Nice inner courtyard. But bed linens were with few spots and only 2 power sockets were available.
