RrainbowactiveKhách sạn siêu tuyệt vời. Thực sự sạch sẽ, nhân viên tốt và tuyệt vời, ý tôi là bữa sáng tuyệt vời. Bữa sáng có rất nhiều lựa chọn phương Tây và Indonesia. N*** cả một số lựa chọn của Trung Quốc mà tôi rất vui khi thấy. Họ thậm chí có thể làm mì tươi hoặc nấu trứng cho bạn.
Các nhân viên rất có sức chứa. Chúng tôi đã có một chuyến đi ba ngày và họ cho chúng tôi giữ hành lý ở đó trong những ngày đó. Họ cũng giúp đặt taxi và tìm cách mua vé tàu.
Bên cạnh khách sạn là một tiệm bánh xinh xắn, tôi rất thích ăn đồ ngọt của họ trong khi uống một ít trà do khách sạn cung cấp và nhìn ra ngoài cửa sổ 😊

MMrEmzThe location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite.
The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous.
The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room.
Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also.

NNightmaremareThe Junior suite was very spacious but the furnishing could make a little more sense. For example the bedside table was just a round table without any drawers. The bathtub water outlet protruded to half the width of the bathtub and was a danger for little kid's head. Body lotion, which we expected to be a basic amenity, was not available even when requested. Breakfast was a good spread but protein choices were very limited. There are some kid activities but all with separate charges.

I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay.
The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions.
One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level.
Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang

The WiFi is useless - I mostly had to use mobile data instead and switch off WiFi. It was a disconcerting that every room-cleaning resulted in setting the AC to 15 degrees. Breakfast can only be purchased for two people , not for singles.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with warm smiles and going out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, catering to both local and international tastes. Each meal was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, giving me the perfect start to my day.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ibis Malang for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

WWan Irham 75This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby.
In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably.
Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully.
Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous.
What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.
