TTài khoản kháchAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

TTài khoản kháchLovely little find, very clean with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street.
Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby.
Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️

TTài khoản kháchwe stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

TTài khoản kháchIn general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude.
However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep.
When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic.
Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

TTài khoản kháchA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
