XXinzhiziyoufeixiangKhách sạn rất tốt, rất khuyến khích👍Nằm n*** đối diện lâu đài. Cách đó không xa là Phố Queen's ở trung tâm thành phố. Rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, mua sắm hoặc thư giãn. 👍Khách sạn có nhà hàng và quầy bar riêng ở tầng trệt. trong cửa hàng và tự phục vụ, nấu rất ngon👌 nấm luộc, đậu nướng, xúc xích nướng và giăm bông Giáng sinh😋 trứng được chiên vừa phải. Chúng tôi cũng đã có một bữa tối, món chính của con trai tôi là cá biển chiên, và món chính của tôi là mì ống phô mai, đích thực! Phô mai đậm đà, bột mềm và đầy nước nhưng hình dáng còn nguyên vẹn và không bị vón cục. Đầu bếp nấu ăn rất cẩn thận👍.

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

TTài khoản kháchWe arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .

TTravelTime11Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated.
Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help.
Service was 10/10.
Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

TTài khoản kháchA very nice 48 hours spent in the city of Cardiff. Holiday Inn Express was very nice & is recommended. Not far from Cardiff Bay & the city centre. Staff were polite & helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice. Car parking charge was reasonable.

MMaximimusI booked two apartments in Cardiff for the weekend for my wife and I and my son and his wife.
We watched the rugby match at the principality stadium then went out for dinner . We then walked home and arrived at our apartments at 8.30pm to find no hot water for a shower . The temperature outside is 5 degrees Celsius. I called the duty manager who informed me that the boilers in the building were off and someone would come and turn them on in half an hour . It is 10pm as I write this review and there is still no hot water . As far as I am concerned this is a breach of contract , I paid for two executive apartments with fully functioning amenities which if you read the laws on hiring rooms or apartments says hot water . I feel that I should be refunded for one nights stay for both apartments.

BBethSaidSmileIt is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.

TTài khoản kháchLocation was excellent. Right in the city centre. Don't be confused though, there are two Travelodges and we went to the wrong one first which was conveniently close to the train station. A short taxi ride took us to the correct one. Reception is unusually on the 3rd floor, but friendly staff. Your pass key will only unlock your floor which also has safety doors. Be careful not to put it near your phone as it desensitised it and it won't unlock anything - like mine, but a visit to the Reception fixed that. Felt very safe there as the automatic doors from street level lock at night, so no one could wander in off the street. A bar and cafe located on same 3rd floor as Reception was convenient for a drink and snack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cardiff has a large pedestrian area, so it was easy to walk to major shops, restaurants and pubs (recommend the Owain Glyndwr) and attractions such as Bute Park and Cardiff Castle were easy to walk to. The Christmas markets and Winter Wonderland were also close by and beautiful to view at night. Foreign money exchange was a short walk from hotel at the Queen Street shopping arcade entrance.
