TTài khoản kháchI had an enjoyable stay at the Staybridge suites in Cardiff. I had a good size room with amenities such as all kitchen needs etc. Good lighting in the room and bathroom, shower had two head options, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is available and topped up regularly..even 10 mins before ending. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to our requests promptly. There is a car park on site however, it does get quite filled up by the end of the night so it is first come first serve. Overall, a very nice stay.

KKay-aLocation to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.

Bữa sáng rất tuyệt, bàn chải đánh răng và bánh quy có sẵn ở quầy lễ tân. Tôi đặc biệt thích khả năng và tốc độ giải quyết vấn đề của Ctrip. Do đêm đó không có phòng đôi nên khách sạn bổ sung thêm một giường sofa vào phòng đôi miễn phí.

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

TTravelTime11Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

MMaximimusI booked two apartments in Cardiff for the weekend for my wife and I and my son and his wife. We watched the rugby match at the principality stadium then went out for dinner . We then walked home and arrived at our apartments at 8.30pm to find no hot water for a shower . The temperature outside is 5 degrees Celsius. I called the duty manager who informed me that the boilers in the building were off and someone would come and turn them on in half an hour . It is 10pm as I write this review and there is still no hot water . As far as I am concerned this is a breach of contract , I paid for two executive apartments with fully functioning amenities which if you read the laws on hiring rooms or apartments says hot water . I feel that I should be refunded for one nights stay for both apartments.

AAniwithluiI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

TTài khoản kháchLocation was excellent. Right in the city centre. Don't be confused though, there are two Travelodges and we went to the wrong one first which was conveniently close to the train station. A short taxi ride took us to the correct one. Reception is unusually on the 3rd floor, but friendly staff. Your pass key will only unlock your floor which also has safety doors. Be careful not to put it near your phone as it desensitised it and it won't unlock anything - like mine, but a visit to the Reception fixed that. Felt very safe there as the automatic doors from street level lock at night, so no one could wander in off the street. A bar and cafe located on same 3rd floor as Reception was convenient for a drink and snack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cardiff has a large pedestrian area, so it was easy to walk to major shops, restaurants and pubs (recommend the Owain Glyndwr) and attractions such as Bute Park and Cardiff Castle were easy to walk to. The Christmas markets and Winter Wonderland were also close by and beautiful to view at night. Foreign money exchange was a short walk from hotel at the Queen Street shopping arcade entrance.
