QQsanshensanQƯu điểm là vị trí tốt, giao thông thuận tiện và an toàn, nhưng trải nghiệm nhận phòng ở mức trung bình Trước hết, nó cũ hơn so với các cơ sở của Hilton ở các thành phố khác được xây dựng cùng thời điểm. rằng khi đến khách sạn, tôi và bạn xuống lầu uống nước ở quầy lễ tân, tôi mua một thứ gì đó và lên lầu lên phòng không bật được. vấn đề là tôi phải mất một tiếng để thay pin từ khoảng 10 giờ đến 11 giờ đêm. Nước nóng và lạnh trong phòng tắm là hai vòi riêng biệt, không phải là nước nóng nữa mà là nước sôi. là một bữa tiệc buffet bình thường nhưng nó thực sự vô vị và không có mùi vị gì cả.

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

HHuanyoushijiedaishangwoĐó là một khách sạn năm sao bên vịnh. Bạn cần đi UBER để đến trung tâm thành phố. Mặc dù trang trí hơi cũ nhưng có đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt là spa suối nước nóng. Bữa sáng rất tuyệt, bàn chải đánh răng và bánh quy có sẵn ở quầy lễ tân. Tôi đặc biệt thích khả năng và tốc độ giải quyết vấn đề của Ctrip. Do đêm đó không có phòng đôi nên khách sạn bổ sung thêm một giường sofa vào phòng đôi miễn phí.

TTài khoản kháchI really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

It is set with a lovely building. The architecture is beautiful.
The hotel is set out in an odd way but I think that adds the character. You enter on the ground floor, go up two floors to reception. There is a small bar there that offers free teas and coffees.
The slug and lettuce down stairs provides you with 20% off of food if you show your keycard.
The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.
Location is good and because we were on the 4th floor we couldn’t hear the noise for the streets below.
The room was ok. Aircon in the room with tea and coffee.
Now two great points that I’ve been saving….!!
1. The shower! Let me tell you something it’s like I was sat in a typhoon, Cardiff clearly doesn’t have an issue with its water pressure!
2. The bed, it was luxurious, I was able to sink and sleep so soundly! We need this bed for our house!

TTài khoản kháchI’m so glad we decided to stay at The Coal Exchange Hotel in Cardiff. I’d been given the very important job of finding a place to stay overnight for my friend’s special birthday. I didn’t really know where to start, so I compared prices of hotels in the area. I was surprised to find that the ‘budget’ hotels Premier Inn and Travelodge were no cheaper than The Coal Exchange for the given dates! I had a look at the photos and reviews and it looked perfect for a special occasion. It was steeped in history with the interior design staying true to the period in which it was built. Originally, as there were five of us, I had booked the sextuplet room. It looked amazing and we were all really excited about staying there. Unfortunately though, due to maintenance work being carried out on that part of the building, we had to change our plans to three double rooms right next to each other. The rooms were beautiful. Floor to ceiling double windows, opulent wallpaper, ornate period furniture and a lovely comfortable centrepiece bed.
The bathrooms had gorgeous jacuzzi baths and stone basins.
The following morning we had a delicious breakfast in Culley’s Restaurant situated inside the Coal Exchange.
The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay.
Can’t wait to go back.

TTài khoản kháchLocation was excellent. Right in the city centre. Don't be confused though, there are two Travelodges and we went to the wrong one first which was conveniently close to the train station. A short taxi ride took us to the correct one. Reception is unusually on the 3rd floor, but friendly staff. Your pass key will only unlock your floor which also has safety doors. Be careful not to put it near your phone as it desensitised it and it won't unlock anything - like mine, but a visit to the Reception fixed that. Felt very safe there as the automatic doors from street level lock at night, so no one could wander in off the street. A bar and cafe located on same 3rd floor as Reception was convenient for a drink and snack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cardiff has a large pedestrian area, so it was easy to walk to major shops, restaurants and pubs (recommend the Owain Glyndwr) and attractions such as Bute Park and Cardiff Castle were easy to walk to. The Christmas markets and Winter Wonderland were also close by and beautiful to view at night. Foreign money exchange was a short walk from hotel at the Queen Street shopping arcade entrance.
