Todo correcto. El personal, la limpieza, el tamaño de las habitaciones y el baño. Sin embargo, para la relación calidad precio se espera algo más. La insonorización, por ejemplo, podría ser mejor. En el hall había limonada de cortesía y un calentador de agua, pero no había vasos. Son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia entre bien y excelente.

Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

位置超讚：步行到城堡五分鐘，到教堂7分鐘，到羅馬輸水道二十分鐘以內。服務人員熱情周到，而且酒店的無障礙設施做的很好，方便了輪椅的住客。開車直接進入預訂好的酒店停車庫，停車費每晚17歐。然後有直升電梯到達2樓前台。早餐在一樓，在歐洲算是挺豐富的了，9歐元一個人。（這些都是2023年5月的收費標準）。是精品小酒店，值得推薦。

Nos resultó ideal este hotel, situado a metros de la estación de autobuses y desde donde se puede ir a pie a recorrer todo el fantástico centro histórico de Segovia. La habitación estaba muy bien, en un piso alto, de tamaño correcto, luminosa, con un baño nuevo, todo muy limpio. Muy recomendable
