Hotel Don Felipe

位置超讚：步行到城堡五分鐘，到教堂7分鐘，到羅馬輸水道二十分鐘以內。服務人員熱情周到，而且酒店的無障礙設施做的很好，方便了輪椅的住客。開車直接進入預訂好的酒店停車庫，停車費每晚17歐。然後有直升電梯到達2樓前台。早餐在一樓，在歐洲算是挺豐富的了，9歐元一個人。（這些都是2023年5月的收費標準）。是精品小酒店，值得推薦。

We arrived in Segovia after dark and went to the hotel after eating roast suckling pig. We booked a room with a balcony, but the front desk mistakenly gave us an interior-facing room, and we quickly changed it after negotiation. The room facilities are slightly simple, but the balcony has a great view, with the "Disney" castle not far away. Breakfast is a buffet and costs only 9 euros per person. The hotel is very cost-effective. In the morning I was surprised to see a bunch of hot air balloons rising from the fields. After breakfast, we walked down the road near the hotel to the lawn by the river and looked up at the castle. We came up (without going back) and visited the inside of the castle (it doesn’t open until 10 am). We returned to the hotel to rest for a while and checked out at 12 o’clock.

Really good hotel, in the old quarter with extremely professional and friendly staff. The hotel, in February, was warm and very clean and comfortable. My room with a balcony had wonderful views of the castle and valley. If you can, stay in this hotel.

Driving in Segovia is a nightmare. This is one of the only hotels that has onsite parking. Through my own mismanagement I failed to reserve parking and had it not been for the efforts of the front desk staff I probably would have had to forfeit the second day of our stay. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate me. The hotel is remarkably modern considering its location. It is clean and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is very courteous and helpful. We had room 306, which had an amazing view of the mountain and the Alcazar. Breakfast is excellent! The hotel is well maintained and it is super quiet. We slept extremely well. Definitely will be back !

This is a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Alcazar, and a short walk to the Roman Aqueducts and the ancient Jewish quarter. The hotel is situated between two parallel roads, one of which was being re- surfaced whike we were there, but workmen were helpful in allowing us access. A playground is nearby for those with kids.

The room and facilities were basic which was reflected in the price. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but had a fabulous breakfast in the Plaza Major nearby Parking was difficult and on arrival we were informed non available. We found on street parking nearby but had issues in paying for that.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I spent four nights at this wonderful and charming Hotel. At that time the vehicle traffic on the street was obstructed due to construction, and it was necessary to walk a couple of extra blocks to arrive. Not a very pleasant thing rolling the suitcases on cobblestone streets. By the way, just a few street down from Don Felipe, there is a "Mirador" (Lookout Point) which offers nice views of the countryside. Our entire experience was delightful, Virginia (Reception Staff), was very attentive and helpful solving a few minor problems with the room. She and others were very attentive and informative, always pleased to help. The room and bathroom were excellent, good size, and nicely appointed. A minor complaint was the lack of an English -speaking TV channel. This was not unique to Don Felipe, the same situation we found at several other hotels. The breakfast buffet was good. Our room (first floor) had direct window access to the garden. From there we enjoyed the morning and afternoon views of the Segovia Alcazar. However the really wonderful views were of the evening sky. The red/orange iridescent sky views were unforgettable. Otherwise the garden was also a nice place to sit and relax while drinking a cup of tea, or nice wine. By the way, the staff was always willing to let us borrow a couple of wine glasses. Don Felipe Hotel was an excellent lodging that helped us enjoy our visit to Segovia. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone heading that way.

This was our third stay in Segovia. Our first time at San Felipe. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Anywhere. A short walk from the Plaza Major on the street down to the Alcazar. We had a room with a private terrace and a view of the Alcazar. Staff are very helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless. WiFi was really fast. Soundproofing was very good. A fridge, coffee maker and a safe in the room. We will definitely be back!
