From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

HHeather TrentThe majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

MMateusz SWe've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

TTài khoản kháchWhat an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

AAlberto Gar.Es un hotel es casi 5 estrellas, Lo mas positivo el personal todos super amables, con esa sangre super alegre, el mantenimiento del hotel super bueno solo algunos pequen̈os detalles como en los ban̈os publicos de mantenimiento general mas no de limpieza, la gastronomia es lo que pienso que puede mejorar un poco mas fuera del restaurante toro que era de alta calidad, la comida es buena pero no alcanza la exelencia. Visitamos todos los restaurantes y fueron buenos.
No me tengo nada negativo del hotel lo malo para nosotros fue la playa imposible de ban̈arse mucho oleaje, los nin̈os no pueden ni jugar en la orilla super peligro incluso logramos ver una persona ahogamdose y gracias al servicio de los salva vidas lograron revivir a la persona.
Las habitaciones bastante comodas y grandes, y si no estan interesados en comprar propiedad no acepten ir a la charla por los puntos porque van a perder media man̈ana. Y con los vendedores en las playas encontraran mejores precios
Pero si solo buscan piscina y entretenimiento noturno con discotecas, casinos y teatros este es el hotel perfecto, si buscan solo playa no es el hotel aunque caminando como 20 min por la orilla se encuentran playas tranquilas.
