Perfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and furniture. Really good takeaway - early breakfast, decent value for money - not far from the airport The internet was reliable - but the speed could be faster.

Good location for solo traveler staff could speak English and very professional and the tram to go to downstairs is 5 min walking worth the price

Excellent located if you want to visit University / Technologiepark. Well equipped room. Wall behind bed very dusty, dirty wall in bathroom. Early breakfeast from 6:30 available, but no coffee since staff forgot cleaning coffee machine.....

Wir waren zur Durchreise eine Nacht hier. Positiv ist uns aufgefallen: + freundlicher Service + Ambiente der Lobby + kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel + kleines, aber sehr feines Zimmer + Sauberkeit + Fenster können geöffnet werden Negativ ist uns aufgefallen: - Die Klimaanlage hatte keine Power. Über Stunden haben wir sie laufen gehabt und versucht runterzukühlen, es hat aber nicht funktioniert. Lediglich 1-2 Grad wurde es kühler, am Abend konnten wir dann zumindest das Fenster öffnen - Kissen waren für uns nicht optimal (aber das ist ja immer Geschmackssache)

The hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Der Check-in am Terminal war unkompliziert, und ab 17 Uhr ist auch jemand an der Rezeption verfügbar. Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle, die man schon hören kann, aber es war insgesamt erträglich. Die Wände sind recht dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn gelegentlich hört. Die Nähe zur Autobahn bzw. Schnellstraße fällt nur bei offenem Fenster auf. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man besser nicht unter das Bett schauen, und Fenster, Spiegel waren etwas schmierig. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage sollte auch mal abgewischt werden. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten auch leichte Flecken. Das Frühstück bietet eine durchschnittliche Auswahl, der Preis dafür ist jedoch eher hoch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die nette Dame am Empfang, die sehr freundlich war. Fazit: Für eine Nacht und ohne hohe Ansprüche ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
