The hotel is exceptionally clean and hygienic. After soaking in the hot spring, I felt incredibly relaxed, and my skin became smooth and hydrated. The night was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep.

The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain right in the nature, very peaceful atmosphere surrounded with birds, trees and water, very lovely and friendly staff where they made sure we have a smooth and enjoyable stay. 4 kilometers hike to the lake where you can enjoy fishing. A great gateway from the city!

Room was pretty big and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Bathroom had a big bathtub and had privacy! A thing you never see anymore in hotels is bathroom privacy! Beds were firm as to Asian standards and the gym was pretty good but you have to pay. No free breakfast but there was a McDonalds.

Excellent resort, it is probably one of the best resort I stayed before. I reached early, around 5am in the morning, but the lobby reception staff so nice and helpful, she ask me to wait for a while, she can let me check in early. And the next day when I check out, she also give me a local souvenir,,

A Hidden Gem in South Kunshan – Truly the Best Homestay in China 🌿🏡 Our stay at Huaxi Yuguwei Mountain Residences in South Kunshan was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who truly go out of their way to make every guest feel comfortable and cared for. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with cozy bedding and a private balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and the peaceful backside of the property — a perfect escape into nature. The kitchen team was amazing, consistently serving us fresh, flavorful food with great attention to detail and taste. Every meal felt like it was made just for us. Another thoughtful touch was the WeChat group created by the hosts, which included all the staff. It made communication seamless and allowed them to provide even more efficient, personalized service. Though the property is nestled in nature, shops and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away, so convenience was never an issue. Without a doubt, this is the best homestay experience I’ve had in China. I will definitely return — not just for the comfort and service, but for the peace, relaxation, and closeness to nature that this place offers. Highly recommended! 🌸🌄

在雲端民宿在南崑山上，地理環境好。服務很好，很好客，而且很真誠，入住前很詳細地温馨提醒，有種賓至如歸的感覺。民宿很有特色，房間設計得很好，躺在床上都能欣賞山景，獨立陽台，美景盡收眼底，與大自然來個親密接觸，很舒適。房間衞生乾淨，房間佈置也很用心，讓人住得舒心。在民宿用晚餐，讓人大大驚喜，出品很好，味道也好，贊贊贊。温泉一房一用一換，好貼心，晚上泡個温泉好舒服，一覺睡到自然醒。睡醒起來曬着太陽，呼吸着新鮮空氣，享用民宿準備的早餐，好悠哉，會再次選擇入住，祝老闆生意興隆，越做越好！

Khu nghỉ dưỡng rộng lớn, trong một khu vực rất yên tĩnh, giữa dãy núi. nhân viên thực sự thân thiện và hữu ích, một số người nói tiếng Anh tốt (hãy hỏi Betty). Các phòng rất lớn, đầy đủ tiện nghi, không có đầu cắm USB nên hãy mang theo của bạn. Suối nước nóng thật tuyệt vời với nhiều loại bồn nhưng luôn có nước nóng…. Một nhà hàng Trung Quốc và một nhà hàng tự chọn, nơi bạn có thể tìm thấy những gì bạn thích. Bạn phải thử bia tươi trong bữa tiệc buffet…. Bữa sáng rất phong phú với nhiều món ăn, trái cây, thậm chí cả cà phê. Nằm cách quốc lộ (G45) 20km, khách sạn rất dễ tìm. Chỉ cách khách sạn 500m, một ngôi làng nhỏ với rất nhiều cửa hàng nhỏ, nơi bạn có thể tìm thấy những gì mình cần. Nếu bạn có ô tô, đỗ xe bên trong khách sạn, miễn phí. Từ 12 năm nay tôi đến đó nhiều lần mà không thấy có gì thay đổi. Luôn sạch sẽ và cùng một dịch vụ hoàn hảo.

Pros: Clean Room. Good service from employees. Good view of the river and close to restaurants and shops. Cons: Nasty smell of cigarettes throughout the lobby, elevator, and rooms including air conditioner. Lots of people are smoking inside the hotel despite the no smoking signs. Breakfast is good but the quality of the meats are poor. Greedy management charging for water.
