A special thanks to Bella for seamlessly arranging our airport transfer, and to Nick, whose friendly demeanor and warm smile truly made our stay unforgettable. He went out of his way to introduce us to the best local attractions, adding a personal touch that made our trip even more memorable. The entire staff was remarkably kind and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our check-out time to suit our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference, ensuring our travel plans were stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to returning. Quầy lễ tân rất tốt, và bữa sáng được giao sau khi giao tiếp. Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
