What a great place for your stay. Super convenient location, nice staff and clean amenities. Beds weren’t the comfiest of my life, but still fine. Kitchen was good and big and there’s a homey feel to the place. Grocery store right beside so easy to just make your own food! Love the movie night here

Great location and just across the train station. Love the silence of the area. Very friendly receptionist. Love everything about this area. Highly recommended.

Overall is nice, except for breakfast. We waited 5 minutes for the seat but no waiter came. Another breakfast guest told us the same with them that they had waited for 10 minutes. Actually there had been no waiter at all in the restaurant for some time. We just came in and took the seat ourselves. Already known beforehand that it is continental breakfast but choice of bakery is fewer than expected. We ordered coffee but the waitress missed the order and the coffee didn't come. The next day, we went to a nearby café for breakfast even our hotel package included breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early for check-in, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to use the vacant room I had booked. Since I was with my family, this made things much easier—we were able to explore the area without carrying all our bags around. The room was clean, and the location was perfect—close to everything and very accessible. We had a great day and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel needs some updating the rooms are a little sad with paint peeling and basic maintenance would make it a lovely place, with breakfast a cold buffet style again limited in choice in saying that the showers are hot and easy to operate and the location is excellent near the 3 sisters and next door to RSL you don't need to be a member to go in. Town is also walking distance. In terms of price it balances out.

Location is good. Best place to stay while doing a layover in Katoomba. The service and facilities are basic but good enough for the location's need. Everything is accessible from here.
