Everyone had a great time. Staff are nice and accommodating. But I felt discriminated by the actions of Jerrick. It affected the first few days of my trip but it’s all good. It’s probably how he got trained. Amenities are good, location is perfect, housekeeping is spot on.

Hernan resort was a great experience.but I was very disappointed when I saw almost all of the guests during dinner time roaming around at nearby places having dinner at McDonald’s and jollibee fast food restaurants.the resort by that time was so silent.maybe if (hennan resort)can create an atmosphere of excitement,entertainment maybe it’s not the price, it’s not lower there Standard.but to ensure that the guests will enjoy not the Swimming pool but the whole package.imagine how much it can generate sales if all the guests are enjoying there time the whole day round in the resort.

Super nice the place

Very good hotel. However, usual international hotel pools open around 6am and closes at 10pm. Maybe they can improve on this area.

Beautiful place to have a vacation. Wonderful and thoughtful staff.

Positive side: The hotel is close to the Alona beach via the second hotel of the same brand. You can access to sunbed of the second hotel but not of the beach pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Improvement side: The noise isolation is low but remains acceptable. Buffet quality could be improved despite of a large range of food. For the same price, we think that we can discover others restaurants in the area. Next time. Final, we recommend

The room was clean and nice. The Breakfast buffet was ok, but if you want cappuccino or espresso you have to pay extra. The swimming pool is perfect if you have kids but for adults without children is not so convenient. You are not allowed to use the swimming pool of Hennan Alona Beach Resort swimming pools. These swimming pool issues make me a little dissatisfied.

Breakfast wasn’t great but hotel is nice. Should be allowed to use the beachside pool but it’s reserved for other visitors of the adjoining hennan. The staff were amazing especially the receptionist who checked me out, got my charger I left in the room and booked me a taxi to the airport.

I absolutely loved my stay here so much! I am really keen to go back to the Philippines and would definitely choose to stay here again. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean and modern. I had a poolside room which was beautiful. The pool was massive and not too busy. The buffet breakfast was also good as was the room service. Loved everything about it including the location to restaurants and night life!

Good and relaxing hotel, money that has been paid was worth it.

The location is just great; it is near the airport and the beach. Perfect accessibility to restaurants roadside and beachside. Amenities were great, too. The staff are more than helpful and courteous. Our trip to the main island was also worth it thanks to the package options they have.
