Been to this hotel during pandemic.  The hotel facilities and rooms are well maintained. Staffs are very friendly as always.

I loved the location and the palms. Such a nice place to relax and just walk in the beach. I want to go back!

The most friendly trip for family. I will come back again next month. Very clean and friendly service. The South farm is a very good experience for kids, too.

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! A very relaxing spot, with a huge beachfront in a beautiful part of Philippines. The restaurant food is surprisingly excellent, but the main part of the hotel is very crowded, and feels more like a beach club than a hotel. The gym is a small room with broken AirCon and half broken machines. The rooms are decent and clean. However, the overall outdoor area is so beautiful that none of that really matters, and you’ll have a great time.

The staff were all so warm friendly accommodating and efficient. The white sand beach is amazing. The rooms were clean cozy quiet spacious. The food was good. The spa was very relaxing. Even if the resort is fully booked it never seemed crowded. There is a lot of space. The whole vibe was relaxing. I will definitely go back for a longer stay perhaps to dive and go island hopping.

the place is a paradise of Bohol, the service is superb So clean and tissues all over places and I highly recommed to experience to stay in this hotel . God Bless South Palm and thank you people of Bohol for they are warm and kind

we've been to this place many times and we do like it very much

This was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my partner. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make it truly special. They gave us an amazing room, right on the beach. The beach is brilliant and we didn't to in the water there because during the day we were off scuba diving and sightseeing but it looks very safe and shallow. Charm the front desk manager was super friendly and responsive. The menu is a good mix of Filipino plus cuisine from all over and tasty. Try tne Ube Cheesecake! Everyone made us feel so welcome. I don't need to look for a new hotel if I come back to Panglao, I will just stay here!

Great property. I would say it’s one of the best location in Bohol. Room service staff also great. But reception and restaurant staff quite disappointing. They need to be adequately trained on customer service. The Ala carte menu is good. B’fast buffet is not that great.

Amazing. The one and only best resort in bohol. . If you want to be relax and feel the ambiance of paradise .
