Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges. After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain! After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage. Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

No maid service on our second night I had to ask for cups for coffee and shampoo was empty, so I called the front desk and it was delivered I was told to call room service for cups. The maid in the hall way gladly gave me some

Area is nice for walking and driving to stuff but they don't have enough seats at the pool, you have to fight to get one...pretty lame for a hot destination to cheap out on pool seats. Don't bother going to the main restaurant at the hotel, not worth the cost at all.

Hmm. I wish I could at that I loved it. It’s a beautiful property, but so many missed opportunities to make it special. From too few beach towels, ants in the room, noisy room with no view -and several staff members who weren’t helpful or happy to be working there (not all)….sorry that I paid extra for a resort vacation, but wished I had stayed closer to town in a standard hotel.

The property was dated but they tried to revamp it. The pool area was mellow. The happy hour was amazing.

WORST BEDS & PILLOWS EVER, I didn’t like the customer service. Front reception lady was rude upon my arrival. Not smiley & looked bothered with attitude. I had chosen this resort due to wanting to go in the spa based off the pictures online it looked beautiful. I stayed at the hotel for four days and throughout my stay there was no availability for spa or massage, you need to book about two weeks in advance, also the guy who answered the phone was rude. THE BEDS WERE TERRIBLE, that were very hard and so was the pillows. I woke up with stiff neck. I will never again stay here. Wish I could have gotten a massage at there spa if they had availability. POOL & Jacuzzi was the only thing I enjoyed. Also Valet parking was good.

Staff was very friendly. Wish there had been more staff at the bar the evening before I departed. Waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to the bar to take an order. Other than that it was a memorable stay.

Loved the free bike rental and the restaurants and main pool were very nice. Downtown Palm Springs is about 3-4 miles away so not walkable.

Front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, We were golfing 3 days in a row and we checked our clubs upon returning each day.. Pool staff is very friendly and makes an amazing margarita!!

The sheet not clean but we tell them they did change for us, but the bathtub drain is not working at all. This is after one person take shower the bathtub did not drain water at all
