Great view. Spacious room. Friendly reception. Fridge in the room.

This is an obviously over-starred hotel as it is far below the standard for a four-star hotel. It is far away form anywhere— train or bus station or city centre. Is breakfast is very limited in terms of choices. What makes it worse is the service provided by the staff in the canteen. The facilities in the room is also far below the standard. The streets around it is extremely dirty. 这是一个明显低于四星的酒店。距离遥远——无论是火车站还是是长途车站或是市中心，早餐巨差，没有什么选择。餐厅服务员的态度很冷淡。房间设施也低于四星标准。酒店外面街道特别脏。

Pricey and not worth it. Save yourself a bitter moment and search other options available in the area. The check in was fast and friendly staff but still an unpleasant stay. The internet does not work, the hotel is old and you can smell tobacco in the room, the water in the toilet was disgusting, very loud and thin walls. The location also far away from everything and no decent places to eat around. Private parking (paid extra) I wouldn’t recommend to stay here unfortunately.

The location is a little remote but not bad. Breakfast was good. As for the bathtub, the stopper was bad because I don't usually use it. Basic cleanliness is also good. I spent four days comfortably.

Bad service, had to wait for two hours to get the room. Looks like we are in the 70s.

Big old hôtel. The lobby is moderne but the rooms are old. Bad location.

told receptionist many times no wifi at our 5th floor room , very bad service and still no wifi at our two nights stay

breakfast was missing any kind of vegetables ,nothing at all !

L’hotel è in una posizione comoda anche se talvolta può essere complicato trovare posteggio fuori dall’hotel.

近くにバス乗り場と鉄道の駅があります。 中央駅まで行く選択肢は色々あります。 また空港まで向かう鉄道も、乗り換えて行けますので わざわざ中央駅に出なくても大丈夫です。 食事は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 バスタブがあるのも嬉しいですね。

我是坐船到達的，酒店距離碼頭路程10分鐘，坐巴士只需要三個站就到。附近有超級市場性價比高的酒店內有浴缸。熱水亦算充足。Wi-Fi 10分順暢服務員亦算有禮。 Ps : 附近有個可以270度看到地平線的地方，想知道就DM我吧。

Das große Hotel macht echt was her. 14 Stockwerke, wir waren auf dem 7. Der Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und arbeitet aus irgendeinem Grund mit Technologie aus den 70ern. Aber hey, es funktoniert. Leider war im Februar die Dachterasse geschlossen. Innen war es immer sauber, es wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso etwas älter, aber funktionierend. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Hotel leider etwas weiter außen gelegen. Mit Uber 20€ Euro in die Innenstadt 10 min Fahrt. Taxi kostete uns 25€. Die Fahrtpreise sind etwas doof. Mit dem Bus gehts besser für um die drei Euro pro Tag und ebenso 15-20 min Fahrt. Um das Hotel herum gibt es einen Supermarkt gegenüber, nette Cafes und Wirtshäuser. Leider ist dieser Teil der Stadt etwas verdreckt. Wen das aber nicht stört, der findet hier ein bezahlbares Hotel mit gutem Service.
