酒店整體非常的大，我們住的一樓的房間，整體的環境比較乾淨，但是我們剛入住的時候，在廁所的洗手枱上發現了好幾根頭髮，房間整體光線偏暗，餐廳的食物不好吃，在室外活動的時候能看到工作人員一直在打掃，這個酒店非常適合帶小孩去，玩各種遊樂設施，離酒店自有的沙灘比較遠且人多，要麼坐接駁車過去，要麼走路過去

優點： -高級的Colonies餐廳好吃 -樓層的房間管理經理人非常好，什麼服務都來的很快也很熱情 -酒店很方便出海活動的接送 要改進的： -無線網Wifi非常的弱，慢的很，刷手機看不出圖片，吃飯餐廳無線網經常斷 -整體來説，有部分員工從面部表情給客人感覺很累，不喜歡他們的本職工作和沒有耐心少許有些敷衍. 算不上什麼專業的服務行業人員，説的笑話很尬 -酒店沒有指示牌告訴餐廳地址，可以考慮二維碼的酒店地圖加上定位 -房間裏的電視不是智能電視 -餐廳種類非常的多，但並不好吃. 很多菜品都是水蒸和口味過於鹹 -晚上也少了些dj跳舞活動或者一些好看的電影 -鮮榨果汁可以升級一下機器，炸出來的果汁太多泡沫 -冰淇凌可以考慮movenpick種類和鮮榨果汁放在一起 -不用那麼餐廳或者種類，可以集中一下美食和酒吧，之後提升一下味道和口感還有新鮮度 -統一一下員工制服 -宵夜餐廳有好幾個，但是他們會把剩菜剩飯放在一個地方，也不算是什麼宵夜

Для семьи наверное ок, но мне одному не понравилось там, за территорией ничего нет, лежаки забивают по утру. На ужин так же люди приходят заранее) для меня это не отдых, а какая то битва за комфорт) вечерняя анимация для взрослых отсутствует, еда сносная мне понравилась:) вообщем если вы с ребенком рекомендую, если вы без детей, то делать там вам нечего. И по ощущениям я там был единственный кто без тур оператора)

剛到酒店check in的時候前台很不耐煩的樣子，説是讓我自己出示訂房訊息，訂單太多他找不到，然後看我態度也不是很好了以後又説找到了，又一直詢問三人間住四個人的情況，我是兩個大人兩個孩子預訂訊息填寫的就是四人，價錢也都調上去了，非常墨跡地弄了半天辦理入住，除此之外都還可以，很適合帶孩子的家庭，包全餐，性價比算可以了！除了前台剛開始不太友好以外沒有感到明顯歧視華人，總體可以！

Staying here always feels like coming home. The staff is like family! This is a great hotel for all people! The food is amazing and they have nice entertainment during the day and in the evening. See you again in October!!! Thanks again for everything during our stay!

The children loved the big amount and diversity of swimming pools. We loved the olympic swimming pool, gym and bike trip. Qualitative variety of food: asian, eastern style and fish and nice breakfast. We got an upgrade for our room! Animation for the children in the evening.

The room was very clean and very fun to see with the bedsheets turned to swans for the kids it was a party. They swimmed a lot and enjoyed the kids disco time every day! The food choice was very good. In the future we will be booking by Pickalbatros and recommed it to family and friends for sure!

The check in only took only about 15 minutes, the bellboy was very helpful, brought our bags to our room. We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the animation team, always positive and smiling. The food was great, delicious, flavorful, fresh. The ala carte restaurants were very enjoyable, so many different options. The fire show was mesmerising, couldn't take our eyes off the performer. The aqua park is great, alot of slides, we went everyday. The pools are well kept, clean. Spacious rooms, and the housekeeping was at the best quality. The area of the hotel is green, looks well kept as well. We will definitely be coming again and again.

It was a really nice vacation. Me and my family we enjoyed it so much. Just we didn’t like the Egyptian alcohol. And also the topic of the cold swimming pools… The weather is really cold so it would be nice to have at least one heated pool in the first part of the hotel. Ala cartel restaurants were really nice and different. The food everyday different which is quite good. Animation is great, it was not boring at all. Everyday different evening programs. The circus show was amazing.

I would like to share with you my experience at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Hurghada Unfortunately, we faced unpleasant experience since we arrived as follow: The hotel over all experience: 1) Only one person handling the bags from the car to the rooms 2) Only 3 pools heated ( 2 pools for kids with maximum age 5 years) while the main Aqua park pools are extremely cold while the main purpose of coming to this hotel to enjoy the aqua parks 3) The stairs of the Aqua park pools are made of MARBLE which is extremely slippery thus very Dangerous while we are walking from one slide to another 4) There was a maintenance in the main pool with a lot of noise and dust from the drilling during the day while it’s dangerous for the kids chest and vey noisy to enjoy the day 5) Adding to the above, if we knew that 3 slides out of almost 7, can’t handle even adults above 70 kilos and some not under 55 kilos! That means not us nor our kids! We would not have booked the hotel in the very first place The room experience: 1) The room looks very old 2) The balcony black rubber is not closed tightly as attached which allows dust and insects to enter the room (as attached) 3) The safe box is not working and very old ( as attached) 4) The remote control was not working we checked the battery was badly used and someone bitten them (as attached) 5) The TV channels was blurry, once the man came he mentioned the channels working well and left without doing anything 6) The hot water for the shower was very cold only after one out 4 of the family members showered, and I stayed more than one hour and a half to get it managed

These restrictions are in place for safety reasons, but we recognize the importance of clearly communicating such information before booking. Regarding the room experience: We regret that your room did not meet the expected standards of comfort and maintenance. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams will be notified about your concerns regarding the balcony door, safe box, TV, remote control, and hot water issues to ensure such matters are addressed promptly. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
