Vị trí rất tốt. Đi ra khỏi lối ra phía bắc của ga JR Tennoji và đi bộ khoảng 200 mét về phía bên phải. Khách sạn rất bắt mắt và dễ tìm thấy ở ven đường. Xung quanh có rất nhiều nhà hàng thức ăn nhanh. tiết kiệm. Khách sạn ấm áp đến không ngờ và được trang bị đầy đủ. Mọi thứ bạn có thể nghĩ tới và bất ngờ trong phòng đều được chuẩn bị sẵn cho bạn. Ngoài ra còn có tiệc trà chiều tự chọn và mì ramen tự phục vụ sau 8 giờ tối. Anh chàng ở quầy lễ tân là một báu vật ở đây. Anh ấy nói tiếng Trung, tốt bụng và nhiệt tình. Anh ấy đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu của chúng tôi. Anh ấy quá thân thiện với những người nói tiếng Anh và không hiểu tiếng Nhật. Từ giờ trở đi tôi sẽ ở đây khi đến Osaka.

This hotel was amazing and even though I was not with kids I had a very pleasant stay. Lots of gifts in the lobby, comfortable rooms 🥰

Very nice hotel, easy access  to  the subway and jr, only 30 minutes to the expo.

Very nice find! Great location and has a shortcut to the metro station. Many many complimentary stuff! Ramen, Alcoholic drinks like beer whiskey, rum, red and white wine, high tea set etc.... The room I booked was quite smal but functionable. It has a bali feel.

It was a good experience! Worth the money as the hotel amenities were great! There’s a massage chair in the room, good for the tired body. My baby had a fun time at the children-friendly corner at level 3. He did a cosplay being Santa! There’s a spread of drinks options available for guests. Either the coupon, we had a complimentary afternoon tea set (10am-8pm). Regretfully, we didn’t have the chance to do the takoyaki experience. Overall, it was a very good stay :)

I must say this is a Go-To hotel if you come to Osaka. The hotel provides experience voucher that allows you to have high tea or takoyaki DIY. It has drinks free flow as well as ramen DIY (once). It also allow guests to have 1-hour karaoke every night stay. The room is large and filled with goodies. It also has two washing machines with dryer ( the entire process is 6-hour approximately). There is a game room on 4th floor where you can have some fun with your family. The location is about 400m from tennoji station, which is the main interchange to facilitate Wherever you want to go, be it nara, Kobe, kyoto or KIX airport.

Wonderful! Enjoy very much of the free afternoon high tea and free Ramen. Very good service and clean room. Excellent location very near to Tennoji JR Station. Will choose to stay again next time. Recommended!

The room was very spacious and clean with great amenities like massage chair, jacuzzi, nice bedroom slippers (not the lousy disposable ones) and bathrobes and most of the basic things you'll need like toiletries, TV, kettle, etc. One bad thing was the wardrobe was so small, could barely fit anything inside. Within the hotel compound, there are so many awesome free facilities like free flow drinks (including alcohol) dining area, photo spots with fire truck, limo, etc. Kids play area, karaoke, video game arcade, darts, pool, table tennis and even rooftop area to chill. My kid really enjoyed all these facilities. In terms of location, it is only 3 mins walk from Tennoji, which is a very accessible train station yet not as busy as Namba or Osaka/Umeda. Right next door is a full sized family mart and also a lot of food options within a 5 min walk. Tennoji park is also 5 mins away and very nice to relax there. There is also a large mall with a supermarket (abeno q) and even a large Don quijote nearby.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times in the pass and we recently stayed again, and again was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore Osaka. The Wi-Fi coverage and speed were reliable, which was a great help for staying connected. The rooms were clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere. Families will appreciate the games room for kids, which kept them entertained. If i was to pick on something bad to write about, then it would be the food options on offer by the resturant. Where previous stays there were plenty on the menu you could choose from. This stay, there was a buffet breakfast, buffet dinner and very little available to choose from in between the 2 buffets. But, was easy enough to eat elsewhere.

The room is large enough. Everything you need is there. The bathtub is much larger than other hotel. The staff are very nice that they gave me medicine when I had stomachache. The hotel provides 2 Japanese style hand fans as welcome gift. 2 experience tickets are also offered. You can choose 1 tea set and experience menu to make Takoyaki with everything they provide. Very good experience and excellent services.

My favourite hotel out of several trips to Japan! Many free goodies such as bath salts & amenities. Free rental goods such as massagers and hair irons, coupons for free afternoon tea or takoyaki-making every day (can claim after 10am). Free ramen in evening. Free drinks (alcoholic too). Free experiences such as mochi pounding. Free laundry machines you can use (heads up: laundry can take 2-4+ hours haha, but reception kindly let us pick up our laundry later even though we already checked out that morning). Great customer service. Beautiful Bali-style interior design and decor. I definitely want to come back again!

Walking distance to Tennoji station. Family-friendly hotel with plenty of fun (and free!) recreation facilities for all ages. Free-flow drinks at the self-serve bar.

very nice stay

The hotel room is small but had all the amenities we needed (fridge, microwave oven, etc). There was also free karaoke, free drinks throughout the day, free high tea, and free ramen at night. We were pleasantly surprised at the activities offered to us. It was a very good experience overall.
