comfiest bed and pillow,everything was very clean too,we love the smell of the hotel and that there are brolly down at the apartment to borrow in the event that jt is raining.also supermarket,food street and plenty of food around.we will highly recommend this place to anyone whos coming to osaka.

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of space and well sound proofed from other neighbours. Slight noise from the traffic outside, but it's to be expected.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay. Room is really clean and new. Towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome! separate shower and bathtub, big plus point. Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes. Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price. Big, comfortable, enough space for couples. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying. Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard. Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper. Close to train station. Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

房間很寬敞！沒錯！是寬敞！在寸土寸金的日本能住上兩個26寸行李箱都放平還有富餘的地方是多麼不容易！ 衞生很乾凈，老闆非常貼心地把插座改成了可以插三角插座的國內插座，這點真的非常贊！ 一次性用品品類豐富，刮鬍刀、棉簽、頭繩、化粧棉、眼罩耳塞都有，酒店一樓還貼心地準備了熨燙的設備~ 預訂了三間房，貼心地給我們升級到了高層，陽台還能晾曬衣服。

房間很大，非常的乾淨，距離心齋橋走路17分鐘左右，還是很方便的！地鐵站的距離大概是7分鐘左右，去梅田也很方便

由關西機場前往酒店十分方便，只需要搭南海特急車到天下茶屋站轉車至長堀橋站，再步行幾分鐘就會到達酒店，而且因為交通緣故較遲到達酒店，客服人員依然耐心地回覆以及協助前往酒店，非常感謝酒店有貼心的人員🫶🏻令整趟旅程有個舒適的體驗

鬧中取靜，性價比不錯的酒店。自己煮飯很方便，可惜餐具🍽️少了些。隔壁的商店街隱藏着很多驚喜。百年小店比比皆是~有幸遇見了紅葉🍁

地址挺好，去心齋橋，黑門市場，道頓堀都在20分鐘內步行，我覺得都在接受範圍，第三晚，洗衣機脫不了水，也安排了第二天處理，拉圾怎麼處理也有明確指示，挺好的

Отличный отель, находится близко к метро. В номере при заселении было чисто. Есть стиральная машина и маленькая кухня. Очень удобный номер, рекомендую.

酒店位於松屋町站，距離心齋橋站只有兩個站的距離，位置還是不錯的。房間也帶洗衣機和陽台，可以使用。但是美中不足是酒店安排了頂樓12給我們住，整個房間都是熱的，一直涼不了，很悶很熱。還有，建議酒店可以在自助區放紙巾、牙刷等等的自取，不太足夠但是也找不了人可以詢問獲取，比較麻煩。

地理位置優越，離地鐵很近。房間很新很乾凈，也比較靜音。還能自己做點東西吃，附近有便利店超市。房東小姐姐人很nice 必須五星好評！

트립닷컴에서 이메일로 아파트 현관 비밀번호를 보내주질 않아 직원에게 전화해서 들어가는데만 거의 1시간이 걸렸습니다. 거기에 4.8점인 평점과 다르게 주변에 편의시설도 5분 이상을 나가야해서 너무 불편했네요. 청소나 수건을 부탁하려면 추가금을 내라고 하는 것도 어이가 없었습니다. 다른 좋은 호텔 많으니 다른 곳을 예약하는 것을 추천합니다.

在日本酒店這個大小的房間很大了，有陽台，有電磁爐，自己可以做飯 ，洗衣機 微波爐一應具全，很不錯👍

房間算是日本酒店比較大的了，衞生很乾凈，設施很新～連洗衣液洗潔精都有，電磁爐、微波爐、洗衣機也具備了，適合情侶居住～陽台晾衣服也很方便，出行到心齋橋商圈購物也很近，很滿意～
